**Enter estate sales properties during business hours at your own risk. We (Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales and staff) are not responsible for accidents, trips, or falls. , please watch footing, steps, uneven ground, corners, wet conditions, etc.
Bring help to load large items as we do not load items for you.
All Sales are Final. Items will be sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantees implied. No refunds or exchanges.
No large purses or bags.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, credit & debit with matching valid I.D. Credit and Debit purchases will be subjected to a convenience charge.
Buyer must bring help to load large items. All items must be picked up before closing on the last day of the sale.
Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales and all employees / volunteers are not responsible for accidents.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. No unattended children.

Please do not block driveways or mailboxes, or park in the Estate Driveway. The driveway is designated for large item pick ups only, after purchase is final.
Please no food or drinks in the estate.
