You are solely responsible for the disassembly, packing, and transportation of your purchased items to your vehicle. Kindly bring the necessary tools for disassembling items, as we may not have the specific tools you require.

We generally try to have a dolly for your use.

We generally try to have a tool box on hand as well. But it is easier if you will bring the tools you think you will need.

Please do not block mailboxes or driveways.

*****Due to the limited parking available on Cypress Lake Ct, the best parking will be on Cypress Lake Drive. You are welcome to drop off your party and pick up, but as a heads up, you may need to park on Cypress Lake Drive. There are plenty of sidewalks.

Our goal is to keep the driveway clear to help with loading and unloading at the house.
