*THINGS TO KNOW:

• Entry is from the back of the house through the alley.
• A neon green sign with the sale address "3100 Beverly" is placed on the back gate in the alley at the entrance of the sale.
• The front of the house will be for pickup only.
• We recommend parking on Cornell, Sewanee, or St. Johns and walking from there. Airline has a lot of construction and only allows parking on one side of the street.
• There will be a line. Please line-up down the alley, do not block any driveways, and watch out for cars.
• For Customer Safety we will only allow a certain amount of people in the house at one time. Masks are optional.
• Bring mosquito repellent if needed; we have some as well.
• Bring water and anything else you need to stay cool. It will be 96 degrees all weekend.
• Don't forget to bring your credit cards, there is so much great stuff to buy!
• HAVE FUN! Your new best friend may be standing next to you in line!

*There is construction all around this area of Highland Park, and once again Entry will be from the back of the house, not the front door.
