The house is going to be remodeled, so the appliances, lighting, electronics and planters are for sale too. Notes:

• We will have multiple uniformed Police Officers at this sale
• The house and grounds are heavily monitored with cameras and a security guard onsite at all times - a guard is staying in the house before and during the sale
• THE HOUSE IS MULTI-LEVEL!  All elevations will be marked but please watch your step
• All sterling has been removed from the home until the day of the sale
• Parking is tight - there is lots of construction on this street.  Please park away from the sale and walk.  We will reserve the space in front of the house for pickup 
• There are certain items that will require your own movers - all concrete planters, lighting & appliances
• Final pickup will be Sunday, March 24th from 10 a.m. to noon
