THINGS TO KNOW

• Parking is easy but the streets are narrow! Please don’t park in front of the neighbor’s driveways.
• The driveway will be reserved for pickup only.
• The home has a privately monitored security system and there are cameras in every room. The University Park Police are patrolling the house at night.
• There will be (3) Dallas County Sheriffs on duty at the sale for your security
• Staff lives in the house and will be there before, during and after the sale.
• Lots of the furniture is large or heavy and will have to be moved by professional movers.
