• First come, first served. No holds, presales, or price requests prior to the sale.
• Payment methods accepted: Cash, credit card, and/or Zelle (as noted at checkout).
• Sales tax will be collected in accordance with state and local laws.
• Buyers are responsible for loading, packing, and transporting purchases. Please bring appropriate help, tools, and vehicles.
• Pickup is required during sale hours unless prior arrangements are made.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property while on the premises.
• All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
