Cash or Credit Cards accepted. No checks.
Valid ID required for credit card purchases.
Parking / Loading:
Please be mindful not to block neighbor's driveways.
No parking in driveway.
Large items must be removed by 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 27, 2021.
Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to remove and transport all purchased items.
We have limited staff onsite, and are unable to help load your items. Please ensure you have help or movers available.
Conditions:
All items sold "as is, and where is" and all sales are final.
No returns, refunds or exchanges.
We are not responsible for accidents. Any/all hazards have been clearly marked.
No restrooms available.
