This week we have a great sale in Dallas in the Lakewood area with a wide range of brand name collectables from smalls to nice furniture pieces.  This home features a very nice eclectic mix of interesting items, so we encourage you to attend early for the best selection.  Please remember to bring cash to purchase items.  We can hold items for only 20 to 30 minutes with a little money down along with your name and phone number.  In-order to assist the homeowner with general security, we’ll post the address on our website and other internet listings on Thursday morning.

Each morning we distribute sequential numbers to customers waiting to enter, thereby enabling those who arrive early to wait in comfort in their vehicle.  Our customers have told us they appreciate our use of “tear tags” for larger items.  If you tell us that you are interested in purchasing one of these items, your first name is written on the back of the tag that is brought up to the check-out area.  That way, we can presume that all items without tags already have a buyer on site.  When the buyer pays for the item at check-out, a member of our team retrieves the item or places a “sold” tag on the item for later pick-up by the buyer.  We gladly assist our customers with removing large items from the house to encourage efficient and safe removal of all items.  We look forward to seeing you at the sale!

Living Room / Dining Area / Checkout Area – features a Halloween decorative Hat and then we have an impressive Solid Wood decorative wood panel with a muted design.  This decorative wood panel has nice, detailed scroll like design and has two hangers on the back.  This is a great piece and will not last long.  There is also a multi-sided column / display pillar in nice condition.  We also have a brass umbrella stand.  In the living room there is a three cushion Henredon off white couch with two matching side pillows.  This couch is in excellent condition for its age and has a shirt on the front and sides.  We also have a nice oblong Henredon solid wood side table and a matching solid wood long rectangle table / sofa or entry table in excellent condition.  On the table is a pair of glass designed lamps with interesting shades.  These lamps are vintage and in good condition and they will not last long (BNI).  If you like Ethan Allen, we have one side table with a single door in excellent condition as well.  The top is in excellent condition, and the soft swirl of the legs are in great condition as well.  There is a pair of solid brass lamps with great shades and decorative tassels.  These lamps are “like new” and they could be stiffel lamps that are in great condition and both lamps have been rewired and take a three-way bulb (BNI).

How about a great wool area rug in muted / subdued beiges with fringe on both ends.  This wool area rug is about 6’ x 8’ and will not last long.  There is also a mahogany vintage “Pie Table” in excellent condition.  This pie table also tilts / bends to show off the decorative carved / curved wood edges of this fabulous table.  This tri-footed table has claw feet for a pedestal and a nice, designed neck leading up to the pie / tray table.  This piece will not last long.  There is also a large wood tray (can be hung) that has a wonderful decorative edge all around the tray with handles and a decorative design that is subtle on the tray itself.  The wood tray can be used as a functional piece or as a decoration that is hung on the wall and would make a nice focal point in the room.  The wood itself is in excellent condition and will not be here long.  Make sure that you stop by the check-out table to discover lots of interesting and some vintage items.  We also have the sterling silver and designer jewelry their as well along with some vintage pieces.  There are at least two dozen pairs of cuff link if you are a collector along with some interesting stick / lapel pins which some are very vintage as well.  We also have a vintage Imperial broach / pin that still works in a flower design that is 12K GF.  Ans then we also have a collection of vintage glasses in their original cases.  Two pairs of the glasses have rims that are 12K GF.  We also have three straight razors still in their original boxes.  Please remember to wait your turn.  Thank You.

There is a table across from check out with lots of necklaces and bracelets (some are designed) on racks and there is also a basket of pin / broaches as well.  On the couch in baskets are a basket of post earrings and a basket of all sorts of interesting jewelry items.  Make sure that you attend early in order to get the best selection on items.  We also have a great oval brass tray which is full of some very curt animals made of all types of mediums.  So make sure that you stop by here to take a look.  We also have some nice crystal stemmed glasses and a great pair of white owls on a wood stand.  There is a wonderful glass designer vase with white flowers.  Also, there is a five light floor lamp in excellent condition (BNI).  There are three round portable tables in this room, and each have some genuinely nice items on them.  Then we have vintage 80’s, 90’s Playboy and a few Penthouse magazines which seem to be in great condition.

Please make sure to look at the small collectables and interesting items scattered around the room as well.  Christmas is just around the corner, and we have a very nice three-piece tree on a stand.  It is just waiting for its new home.  We have a small fill in set of Jakao China from Japan.  There are decorative boxes and bags just waiting for you to place some nice goodies in them to give away as presents.  We have a remarkably interesting three piece set of candle sticks along with a couple made of paper Mache.  On the ledge there are a pair of stick lamps with nice decorative lamp shades (BNI).  There is a basket of vintage items and a great pyramid of silver like cake platters.  Make sure that you take a look around the room at the nice, framed paintings by a variety of painters / artists.  This room is full of lots of treasures so, make sure you spend at least a little time looking at all the items – see you soon.

Family Room – features an impressive four piece matching all wood (solid) by Bassett display / shelving storage units.  Each of the pour piece sections are lighted at the top.  Three of the units have shallow drawers and two of the unit have a double door hidden storage.  the last unit is an angle or can be a corner unit.  All four display / storage units will be sold separately.  We have an impressive amount of vintage to modern electronics in this room.  There is a pair of vintage Sony speakers at the very top of two units with cloth covering on the front in excellent condition and a wood case.  Then we have a pair of RCA speakers and two Mophie’s and a Enercell Foreign travel converter.  We have an infrasound wireless headphone and base unit audio set.  Then we have a RCA a Speaker, a Panasonic 4 head Hi Fi Stereo Omnivision VHS player and a Motorola HDMI Doby Digital DCH3200 and a Technics set of speakers.  How about a SANYO HD/ TV with remote.  Then we have a Sony Digital Audio Control Center Digital Cinema Sound Processing 24Bit Multi Channel Decoding FM Stereo / FM/AM Reciever STR-DE545.  Then we have a Yamaha Natural Sound Automatic CD Changer with ten Compact Disc Magazine CDC-610U.  How about a QIC Model 8860 Multimedia Speaker System.  Then we have an iHOME case compatible and then we have a Sony Stereo Music System HMK-229 Cassette, Mike, Phono, Aux and FM/AM radio.  And we also have a set BOSE speaker, and a wireless Recoton and a Sony Audio / Video Control Center Digital Delayed Surround Sound FM Stereo / FM / Am Reciever STR-D550Z.  Then we have a Phillips DVD / CD 5 Disc Changer with TruSurround.  Then there is a General Electric 4885 Clock Radio with snooze in great condition.  Then we have an ALTEC Lansing speaker system.  There is also a Panasonic Am/FM 2 band Electronic Clock Radio.  So make sure that you arrive early for the best selection.

HP Inkjet 124A ink still in a sealed box, there is a bin of DVD’s and then we have a black leather like ottoman lots of different cords and a box of miscellaneous items.  On the fireplace we have lots of interesting items including stocking hangers that spell joy, some interesting angel statues, and some large pinecones from California.  There are some coffee table books, a great ceramic white ginger jar lamps with nice shade (BNI) and sacks of pinecones.  There is a built-in display case that holds lots of knick-knacks and collectables.  So please look at these items as well.  There is a nice area rug in beiges. Browns with a little added color.  This area rug is about 5’ x 8’ and is just waiting for its new owner.  There are some interesting books on the built in bookshelves along with other items just waiting for you.  We have a Lowery Organ (Carnival) with Magic Genie Cords and matching bench and a collection of organ music.  There is a nice green plant in a basket pot sitting in the corner and a vintage chair with arms with arm covers.  Then we have a nice side table with built in magazine holder and some drawers.  There is also two mirrors that are for sale as well. These mirrors are do not have frames.  How about some cute collectable dog plates and as also have some other collectable plates as well.  Make sure to stop by early for the best selection.

Sunroom/ Office / Christmas – features a Rattan round dining table “Natural” with round glass top.  There are also has four Rattan “Pappa Size” Armchairs “Natural” with pads.  The table will be sold separately from the chairs.  There is a nice assortment of small baskets and a entire box of Halloween decorations.  We also have a nice assortment of smaller planters / pots.  How about some director chairs.  We have four of them along with some extra backs and seats.  There is a great Papasan Chair in the corner that also has a rattan frame and a large cushion.  We have another Artificial tree with Pot as well.  The round table holds lots of interesting items such as; lots of Christmas smalls and some plates, office and a Cannon scanner.  There is also a Dell Computer screen keyboard and mouse.  There is plenty of office paper, note cards and tablets.  We have pens, and markers, staples, staplers, and an adding machine.  There is a four-drawer file cabinet on casters and a nice lamp with shade (BNI).  There is a nice artificial tree with pot and greenery there are two Christmas blow up yard displays; one is Snoopy and the other is Santa Claus.  Then we have 300 Icicle Hangers.  We have a plastic shelf that if full of cute Christmas stuffed animals, and lots of vintage Christmas Ornaments.  We have some vintage Noma Italian Style Fancy Illuminated Ornaments.  Some Franke Mid-Century Ornaments, and some Shiny Brite Mid-Century Ornaments.  We even have a Nama Lights, and they work in original box.  Then we have a box of bagged ornaments and a box of assorted decorations.  There is even some dog items including a dox treat container and bowls. 

Kitchen / Eating Area – features six wood like folding chairs (natural), along with a folding shelf which holds lots of interesting dishes.  There are some African violet pots on the windowsill.  We have some Fine Porcelain China “Diane” which we have lots of filler pieces.  We also have a two-piece set by Studio Nova Ultra Cream Bake & Serve set.  We also have a single bowl by Homer Laughlin and a Hall’s superior quality kitchenware bowl.  Both pieces are mad in U. S. A.  There is a three-piece set of Buffalo 202D and a really nice black and white round serving plate by Mikasa “Cera-stone Bouquet.  We have some Asian trays, a napkin holder, and a see-through bread pastry keeper.  There is a stainless trash container with an electric eye (open automatically).  We have a vintage Floral TV tray and a smaller set of blue and white Pfaltzgraff dishes.  Then we have lots of tall and shorter sealed spaghetti bottles containers, a sugar and creamer set, miscellaneous items flat wear, garlic baker and a smaller set of flat wear.  There is some cleat containers with lids for storage as well.  There is a pie plate holder and lots of Pyrex pie plates.  There are serving dishes, baking dishes, and a set of three white containers.  If you love corning wear, we have the cornflower pattern.  There are other Pyrex backing serving dishes as well.  We have MISC cups and dishes and a smaller assortment of pots and pans.  There are some extra assorted covers as well.

There is an assortment of kitchen utility knives along with gadgets, measuring spoons and utensils.  There are some cute dog coffee cups as well.  We have an assortment of small kitchen appliances.  They are; a Proctor Silex Baker, a Black & Decker vegetable cooker, a T-Fal Avanti griller, a MR. Coffee Maker, A Mary Kay Coffee Pot, a Maxim Veggie Shooter, and a Rival two slot toaster.  We have a nice assortment of cups, glasses, and travel mugs.  Make sure that you arrive early to get the best selection.

Double Garage / Utility / – features a card table with four matching chairs, a nice folding patio chair, and a large kennel.  There is a patio chair with stripped cushion.  We have wood TV trays (no Stand).  There is a large yard Christmas Angel, and we have mor Christmas items in the garage and in the Sun Room.  There is a six foot alluminum step ladder and a five foot wood step ladder.  We have some folding carry cahirs, and then we have two cleaning floor buckets (they are both yellow).  There is a vintage single door closet in good condition.  There is a bike, lots of lumber (odds & ends).  We have some fans and small heaters, there are a pair of wood crutches, a small folding step ladder aluminum.  We have some plastic shelving, Tennis, and racket ball rackets.  There is an edger, Rainbow vac parts, lots of different sized totes.  Boxes of frames, There are sports balls, yard and garden chemicals, a vintage Cash Register by F. Totaro & Co.  And we have a Wave Master Punching Bag with water filled base – The original Portable Training Bag.  We have lots of different color jars of Sherman Williams COLORSNAP “COLOR TO GO”.  The jars are 29.5 oz. each.  We have a Miele Quickstep Vac and a Oreck Vac with Bags.  Come early for the best selection.

Front Bedroom – features We have a very nice two door white portable closet.  This closet has two doors that each have non-see-through panel.  It is a nice piece that can blends in most any room.  We have another portable closet and this one has three doors.  These doors are solid the left and middle doors make a nice closet.  The right door has shelves.  This  unit is elf contained especially if the room is smaller there would be no need for a dresser.  Or; if you have a larger space available and just require more storage.  Bothe closets are in excellent to like new condition.  These pieces will not last long.  There is also an unpainted modern shelf with six section and the top.  We have some tote bags and a box of cute stuffed animals.  We have some throws and blankets along with pillows.  There are some folded clothes and a assortment of Red Hats – remember “the red hat meetings?  We have a nice rack of assorted clothing.  Remember please leave the hanging clothes on the hangers – Thank You!  Some of the name brands are:  London Fog, I.N.C., Liz Claiborne Collection, Sassoon, Martinique, Pappagallo, Fundamental Things, Saks, Fifth Avenue, Jennifer Moore Petites, Erika, Leslie Fay (Neiman Marcus), Miss Elaine, Vassarette, Madonna, Vanity Fair, Timberland, Gevalia & Kaffe Collection, and Jones New York Petites.  Make sure that you attend early for the best selection.  The rolling clothing rack is also for sale – pick up on Saturday after 2:00 pm.

Front Corner Bedroom – features a full-length mirror and a two small bamboo like tables.  There are hats, caps, folded clothing, and some shoes.  There is a vintage double wardrobe closet in solid wood in impressive condition.  Inside has been changed.  The right door has built in shelves the left door has a removable rack which is currently being used outside of the unit for display.  Then we have a metal headboard with rattan accent.  We have a heavy based adjustable clothing rack (its for sale) pick up Saturday after 2:00 pm.           There are lots of clothing in this room along with some vintage Mary Kay Cases.  There is another rolling rack that is for sale with pick-up on Saturday after 2:00 pm.  We have some sewing notions, a large new picture frame and some shoe containers.  There are some nice purses as well.  Some  of the name brand clothing is:  Say What, Bafaella Petites, Prophecy, Style & Co,. Master Bedroom – features a DuBarry King Bed Headboard and two matching DuBarry nightstands with drawers and a DuBarry nine drawer dresser with Mirror.  Each item will be old separately.  There is also a nice padded light blue end of bed bench.  The double-sided pillow top mattress and box spring is also available.  We have come nice throw blankets and lap blankets.  There is lots of bedding fro King, Queen, Full and Twin.  We have some notion items along with some assistant helpers like, two walkers, one attachment for leaning, a porta potty, some sock assistant helpers and lots more.  There is a pair of matching lamps with shades (BNI). We also have some nice, framed pictures.  There is a wedding dress on the door and the large petty coat on the door at the end of the hall.  A wood foot roller with 10 wood rollers.  We also have a Detecto weight scale with a cork top.
