This home has been immaculately decorated, it looks staged, very cared for and is very clean! This is the perfect sale for those that appreciate beautiful things. This is not a pickers paradise, there won’t be any cheap deals, come prepared, prices reflect the value of the items shared. Most of the Art in this home has been purchased from other estate sales in the Park Cities, and being listed at the price we payed. 


This is a small home so only a handful of people will be let in at a time, security cameras & armed security will be onsite and present at all times. 

The sale will be 10am-4pm but may end sooner if we sell out sooner. All items must be picked up by 4pm same day they were purchased or they will be put back up for sale. No Exceptions! Bring help to load your items. No holds, No Exceptions!!!
