PLEASE READ terms and conditions all the way through. MASKS ARE REQUIRED UPON ENTRY AND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. You must bring your own mask. Temperatures will be checked at the door. Please practice social distancing at all times. NO CHILDREN. No large bags. No public restrooms. We do not respond to price inquiries. Groups of only 10-15 at a time allowed in the home at once. BRING HELP to assist with moving and loading as we DO NOT load furniture ourselves and there will be no exceptions made. We are not responsible for accidents so please be aware of your surroundings at all times. All sales are final, all items are sold AS FOUND and AS IS and absolutely no returns/refunds/exchanges will be made. We cannot test every item to see if it works, this is the buyer’s responsibility to do so, so buyer beware. Therefore we strongly advise that all items be checked thoroughly before being purchased. Always check the ad periodically as things change and the client may change their mind about selling certain items. Cash and credit accepted at this sale. Thank you!
