Because this is in a HIGH RISE, we will limit move out of merchandise based on the quantity. Furniture and major items will require movers to get the items to the building dock on the freight elevator. Small items and packable boxes will be able to go out with the customer. We have done many sales in this building and have had no major issues getting your merchandise out in an efficient and timely manner.

One of my favorite buildings in the Dallas area is a mid-rise in Highland Park. I love it because I have done seven by-appointment-only estate sales in the building and they have all been 1) fun, 2) different, 3) interesting and 4) such a pleasant location. Well, once again I am above the treetops with a great unit full of things that are just waiting for a new home.
