FRIDAY'S SCHEDULE IS FULL!

7/21 ... Just added more pics late this afternoon. My thought on this sale Wednesday.

The homeowner was SIZE -- SMALL, a PETITE, sometimes referred to as a SIZE O. Her shoe size ranged from a 5 to 5.5 or 6.

Landon and his crew have worked feverishly getting this sale ready for its Friday start. It’s all about CLOTHING ... CLOTHING ... AND MORE CLOTHING. I think every store in Dallas was wiped out of clothes hangers and even that wasn’t enough for the hundreds of pieces of Dresses, Pants, Blouses and Shells, Sweaters, Suits, T-Shirts, Lingerie PLUS accessories like Belts, Shoes, Designer Boots and Tennis Shoes, and Shawls (including Pashminas). Then it’s on to furniture – antiques and traditional/modern. If you want to see this monstrously GOOD sale, contact Landon for an appointment. FYI ... it’s in a great part of Dallas with easy access.

Calvin Klein suits ... day wear from Bergdorf Goodman ... wool sweaters from Peru, Ireland, and other far off places.

Then there's her "T" Collection from The Gap, LL Bean, J Crew, Banana Republic. I’ve pictured a few tables of Ts, but there are so much more – Short Sleeve, 3/4 Sleeve, No Sleeves, Long Sleeves. Then think EVERY COLOR in the rainbow and lots of them.

Blouses and shells from Ann Taylor and other quality makers.

Designer Shoes and Boots from Chanel, Stuart Weitzman, Ferragamo, UGGS and others.

Tennis Shoes/Sneakers (designer too). The master bedroom has an armoire full of colorful Tennis Shoes everyone would love to own if they were a size 5 to 6.5. Another bedroom has the homeowner’s regular casual shoes. Both room are full of all kinds of great footwear.

The largest collection of clothing for every season you can imagine. In addition to clothing, you'll find gloves, scarves, belts, workout gear, coats, lingerie and more.

Of course there are antique and traditional pieces of furniture (BEAUTIFUL DINING ROOM SET) ... framed art ... glass and crystal ... collectibles ... kitchenware ... all the things you'd expect at an estate sale EXCEPT a garage. WAIT, did I mention BOOKS. Books are in every room and even taking up floor space because this lady was a READER.
