An appointment must be made in order to access the address, it will be sent at 8:00 AM Friday morning via Email.
-Not responsible for accidents or injuries, “as is where is" with no guarantees, all sales are final
-NO loading/moving help
-NO HANDBAGS ALLOWED
-We must collect sales tax (write your congressmen!)
-Cash is accepted; $20 Card minimum with 3% processing fee for Credit Cards
-Please be courteous of neighbors when parking, (do not block mailboxes or driveways) & be sure you are parked on the correct side of the street!
-We are hard at work, and are unable to answer any pricing questions prior to the sale.
-Do NOT shop from the hold table!
-There will be a Police officer on site.
-All claims of non-functional items must be made within 48 hours of purchase
-Children always welcome!
