BEHIND THE PINK WALL ESTATE SALE (has sort of faded to Mary Kay "Rose Beige) - 6123 Averill Way, Dallas. Runs off Preston Road just north of NW Hwy. Building name SEVILLE. 6123 entrance is IN BACK OF the entrances you see from the front. It's the one with the biggest upstairs balcony. Parking at a premium.

HATE to do the limited access thing - but nervous HOA Board and upstairs (all upstairs) sale dictate we must. Access to balcony limited even more. A lot of trouble, but worth it!
CASH ONLY sale, as usual - will make exception (credit card) for purchases over $300. No children, no pets, no public restroom - please don't ask. BONUS: Large furniture paid for by end of day Friday will be removed by professional movers from upstairs early Saturday morning (some will have to go over the railing upstairs - we're selling tickets to watch!). When you make your purchase you can ask for info of the cost to take those items then straight to your home - or pick them up yourself on Saturday morning once they're downstairs. (Of course smaller furniture you can take with you at time of purchase - supplying your own labor)
