WE CHARGE SALE TAX, so please bring your filled out tax forms with you. We will have forms for customers to fill out if you don't have one. But you will be asked to step to the side in order not to hold up the line.

Please provide your own help when moving furniture! WE DO NOT LOAD FURNITURE! Bring boxes, paper as we are limited.

Fabulous North Dallas Estate Sale off Northwest Hwy & Preston. This sale is in a lovely condo which is also for sale!!! Please be mindful this sale is upstairs. We will have signs posted to direct you to the enterance from the street.

We will have to limit the number of people to 25 at opening due to the fact this is a very full sale. We will be allowing more people in as people leave so please be patient. There will be signs posted from the front of the building to guide you to the front entrance. 

Lovely two bedroom condo (upstairs). Full of furniture & antiques. Fine art, watercolors, lithographs, & prints. Some sterling silver. Lots of vintage costume jewelry & newer. Lots of great books on history & vintage yearbooks.
