OUTSTANDING HIGHLAND PARK SALE

This week’s sale will be one to truly have something for everyone. Art and his crew are helping a long-time Dallas dealer downsize her home as she and her husband move into a retirement area. They were Art’s neighbors on Swiss for many years and had down-sized almost 20 years ago into their current home.

As the pictures show, the couple collected well over the years and have decided to reduce their “stuff” even more as they move into 1300 square feet. You will find furniture, collectibles, crystal, artwork, primitives, clocks, figurines, china, pottery, Christmas collectibles and decorations, mirrors, unique wall hangings, shelves, corner cabinets, decoys and trophies, books, rugs, lamps, etc.

We found it interesting to go through when photographing and see all the unusual items that the couple had used to decorate over the years. When you combine all of their unique items with the fact that they decided they no longer needed their wedding china or crystal, it is really like an anthropology lesson:

To make it all easier on both his crew and customers, Art moved everything to the first floor and garage. He has used 18 double-fold 5′ and 6′ tables so you know there is a lot of “stuff”. Two days to sell-off a lifetime collection.
