PLEASE READ terms and conditions all the way through. Always check the ad periodically as things change and the client may change their mind about selling certain items! No children. No large bags. We do NOT give out any pricing prior to the sale, we will not give you prices for items over the phone. No early birds. Yes we charge sales tax. BRING HELP to assist with moving and loading as we do not load furniture ourselves and there will be no exceptions made. We are not responsible for accidents so please be aware of your surroundings at all times. All sales are final, all items are sold AS FOUND and AS IS and absolutely no returns/refunds/exchanges will be made. We cannot test every item to see if it works, this is the buyer’s responsibility to do so, so buyer beware. Therefore we strongly advise that all items be checked thoroughly before being purchased.
