Exquisite Preston Hollow Pre-Demolition Sale

1. WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICES PRIOR TO OPENING THE SALE.
We are busy setting up the sale and receive countless phone calls. If we stopped working every time the phone rang, nothing would get done. Do not leave lengthy messages. If texting is an option, your best bet is to text us your questions and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

2. PLAN AHEAD FOR PAYMENT AND PROMPT REMOVAL OF YOUR PURCHASES.
Come with cash. We will only hold items for a brief period of time if we have a cash deposit. We will have a packing table outside so you can pack your own items. We do not offer removal, loading, or moving services, but can provide you with the names of third party moving companies if you cannot remove, lift or move your purchases yourself.

3. BIDS ARE ACCEPTED ALONG WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION.
By submitting a bid, you agree to be charged if your bid is accepted.

4. WE ACCEPT CASH and ZELLE.
Our preferred form of payment is cash and Zelle.

5. ALL ITEMS ARE PRE-OWNED. EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS-IS! NO RETURNS! NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Select your items carefully as they are in varying levels of used condition. We do not warranty the authenticity of any item.

6. WE WILL NOT SELL ITEMS WHICH ARE MISSING A TAG OR APPEAR TO HAVE AN "ALTERED" TAG.
If an item is untagged or we believe a tag has been switched or altered, regardless of who did it, we will not sell it to you.

7. THERE IS A MANDATORY $25 LATE PICK UP SERVICE FEE CHARGED FOR EACH ITEM PICKED UP AFTER CLOSING ON THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE. We do not provide storage and are not responsible for items which are not picked up by the last day of the sale. There are some exceptions for pre-demo items which require coordinated removal times.

8. NO CHILDREN, NO STROLLERS, NO PETS, NO LARGE BAGS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Remember you are a guest in someone else's home. Be on your best behavior and treat the estate sale home, property and contents as you would like others to treat your property.

9. ENTER THE PREMISES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We are not responsible for accidents. Many houses have steps, pools and other hazards.
