  This week we have a very interesting Estate Sale in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas.  For your convenience we have moved all small household goods and large furniture except the pool table to the main floor.  This house is packed with some interesting vintage and traditional items in very good to excellent condition.  We have excellent quality brand name furniture like Ethan Allen, Massoud, Broyhill, and Drexel.  We also have assorted high-end jewelry for women and some nice items for men as well.  Come early for the best selection.  We will limit the number of people in the house and will distribute sequential numbers to those who are waiting to enter.  Thanks for your patience!

  Entry Hall / Checkout Area – features a Dynamo Pool Table with accessories.  If you are interested in the pool table, please ask us to have a team member show you this item because it is the only item on the 2^nd floor.  Thank you!  When you enter you will see a nice long Silk Scroll Asian Art piece that has a tapestry feel, a great Beveled Glass Round Side Table with interesting Iron Legs, and Vinyl Records which include: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Utopia, The Cars, McGuffy Lane, Talking Heads and Rolling Stones (to mention just a few).  Most of the 33-RPM records are in excellent condition.  We also have some nice framed pictures and some interesting boxes.  There are some nice purses like: Coach, Burberry, Fendi, Sharif, Kenneth Cole and Francesco Biasia. 

If have some nice knives including:  Hen & Rooster, Bertram Germany, Baker Tree Brand Tortoise Shell, Smith & Wesson 1^st Run Model 29 .44 Mag knife, Frost Cutlery Custom Design - little Husky and a Texas Favorite; Chuck Doming, custom knives with an awesome Samber stag handle, Texas Rangers logo, custom Sheath (beaded Texas flag).  We also have a men’s Baume & Mercier 14K yellow gold Genève watch with leather band and Date along with some pens like a Monte Blanc Meister Stock pen.  We have lots of interesting jewelry (mostly for women) such as: 14k (yellow & white) as well as .925 (sterling) some items have stones like: Diamonds, Carnelian stone, purple Fluorite, Tanzanite, Fresh Water Pearls, (rice pearls) Blue Topaz, Sapphire, Turquoise, Rose Quartz.  There are some channel set pieces.  We have two Invicta ladies watches.  We also have a sterling flatware set from Gorham.  We will wait on one customer at a time in this area, so please be patient as you wait your turn to inspect something.  Thank You.

  Livingroom – features two Massoud overstuffed navy blue chairs.  They both have their own matching pillow.  We have a nice two-shelf curio cabinet / entry table with beveled glass and a single door.  There is a vintage Square End Table w/shelf and each shelf has Scalloped Trim.  We have a Broyhill lighted display / storage unit with an Asian flair and glass shelves.  One drawer and a double door covered storage compartment.  We have a nice Queen Anne Style 3-Drawer Desk and an awesome Desk Lamp with double bulbs (BNI) with Marble and Brass and a rectangle shade.  We also have a nice adjustable Secretary Chair in gray.  We have two Berry Armless Side Chairs that are micro-fiber with Asian accents on their legs.  We have a large Carved Coffee Table with nice dark stain (like Mahogany) from Indonesia.  We have an Antique Embroidered Silk/Cloth framed in glass on both sides (a great find).  We have an interesting vintage round tray table (the tray needs glass).  We have an Impressionist Style Framed Painting, a Black Marble and Brass Mantle Clock (reproduction) in a French style.  We have a framed print, a LaZBoy Swivel Recliner/Rocker.  We have a nice Classic Drexel Dining Table with two leaves and pads.  There are six Drexel dining chairs – two arm chairs and 4 side chairs. 

We have a great pair of Infinity Primus (P363) Speakers and a nice compact well-built Electronic Stand with glass shelves.  There is a Minolta Camera with lens, a colorful glass Angel Fish, a Panasonic Clock Radio and CD Player, a new Phone Soap device (phone cleaner), and a Vivitar Gadget Accessories Bag (new).  Then we have a Sony CD Player (compact component system) CMT-EX22.  We have a Dell Monitor and a Sharp TV/Monitor.  We have a Gateway Tower with Windows 10 Professional, 2 hard drives configured RAID 1, 6 Gigs of RAM, two R/W-DVD Drives, Dual Monitor Support, and new Microsoft Keyboard & Mouse.  This is a great find.   We have a LabTec Sound System with Left & Right Speakers & Subwoofer.  We have a Sony wireless DVD/ Blu-Ray Player and a JVC compact 6-Disc Automatic Changer – XL-M300, a JVC FM/AM Quartz Synthesizer Stereo Tuner – T-X200.  We have a JVC Stereo Integrated Amp – A-K350.   There is also a full Artist Kit packed with supplies.  We have a vintage style Display Cabinet, double doors with Windows on three sides; and tall legs.  It is very deep and has two shallow drawers.  It is very heavy and an awesome find.  We have here is a nice mahogany Plant Stand. There are some awesome collectables from all over the world in this room.  We have some pink depression glass, nice glass desert plates, Syracuse China, Federal Shape Carvel (Made in USA).  There are some really nice items on the table, so come early for the best selection.  The living room has a great area Rug in Greens, Maroon, and Beige.

  Bar Area – features some metal art and a round brass disk.  There are three matching tables with leather tops.  One is a smaller coffee table and the other two are end tables.  The tables have a nice scallop design on them with very slim curved legs, and all three are in excellent condition.  We have lots of collectable brass items such as candle holders, a votive, picture frame, book holder, and even some larger candelabras.  The bar area has a nice silver plate punch bowl with ladle, various coasters, an acrylic flower bowl, lots of Eiffel tower themed items, and hand-painted paper machete butterflies.  We have the Beatles Flip Your Wig Game by Milton Bradley – WOW!  There are silver baskets, a bar set in a presentation box, various size glasses, collectable souvenir items, and nice wine and whiskey crystal decanters.  We have a nice seltzer bottle with silver mesh covering.   We even have a nice CANDALE box suitable for box collectors.

  Large Kitchen & Eating Area – features “Seal-O-Matic” Stainless Steel Pots and Pans in many sizes - all sold separately.  They are a vintage model and look as if they have not been used very many times.  There are two unopened boxes of Royal limited Brass Chargers.  We have a nice modern tall lamp with shade (BNI), a set of three candle-stick holders and a small set of brass-colored tea, cream & sugar servers with tray.  We have three TV trays and a nice serving cart on wheels with both sides that flip up to make a nice card table with a glass pull out shelf that becomes a tray.  This piece matches the Table and Chairs in the Eating area of the kitchen.  We have assorted copper items, a waffle maker, a stainless bread keeper, assorted bowls, dishes, serving dishes holiday platters plates and more.  We have some awesome white serving dishes in all sizes along with an Asian Lazy-Susan.   There are baking cake pans and a cute rabbit just in time for Easter.  We have some large Pyrex, a steel dish drainer, a large bowl with fly cover, and a white set of dishes (service for four).  We have Christmas glasses and cups, glass and crystal platters, and an awesome set of Lenox Holiday China (made in USA) with lots of extra pieces (sold separately).  We have two sets for eight.  The Lenox Holiday China blends in nicely with the Lenox Eternal China in the Dining room hutch.  We have Pier One Plates with separating ridges and a large Lazy-Susan made of wood.  We also have a large wooden bowl and a nice cooper chafing dish.  There is a great vintage wood table with fold down sides and six legs.  (Very sturdy).  There are also two chairs with arms and three side chairs.  All have a fabric seat.  This table and chairs match the carving cart in the kitchen.  We have an awesome vintage style panel leaning up against the wall.  It looks like old wall paper in a frame.  We have various serving dishes on the kitchen eating area table.  There are also some sets of Asian rice bowls and saucers along with various plates and a set of flatware.  On the opposite the table we have a set of Langley dishes (made in England).  Come early for the best selection.

  Dining Room – features an awesome Ethan Allen 2-piece four door; lighted hutch.  It has nice glass shelves and all shelves have plate grooves.  It is in pristine condition and would make a great addition to your home.  There is a nice vintage dining table with two leaves.  If the leaves are taken out the table is a much smaller table and can fit almost anywhere.  There are also two vintage arm chairs with fabric seat and back.  These chairs will be priced separately.  We have a very nice area rug measuring 7’ 8” x 11’ 2” and it is an awesome Danbury Wine color.  We have a large Carved Sofa Table with dark stain (like Mahogany) from Indonesia and two matching Square Tables from Indonesia.  All three tables are in excellent condition and match.  There is a matching coffee table in the Livingroom.  On the dining table we have a wide variety of items from crystal, nice silver tone trivets, a crystal bowl, and silver plated items.  We have a nice gold tone flatware set in its own wooden box.  There are a pair of awesome vintage lamps with great shades (BNI) and a variety of linens; napkins, placemats, and tablecloths.  We have a large picture on the sofa table and a nice lamp with shade (BNI).  We have some Johnson Brothers Plates hand engraved called Windsor Ware from England and some very nice crystal stemware.  The modern crystal stemware in the hutch is Gorham Andante.  The sherbet bowls and some of the other stemware pieces also are vintage.  We have several crystal candle holders and a collection of crosses.  The China in the hutch is Lenox Eternal (Made in USA).  It is a great set, and you can mix and match with the Lenox Holiday China in the kitchen.

  Small Hall to the Bedrooms – features a nice wedding dress with slip, a wedding hat and veil.  There is a small end table / night stand with drawer and some vintage items.

  Master Bedroom – features clothing for women in various sizes from small to large.  We have brand names like Lillie Rubin, Crisca, St. Johns, Emanuel, Suzelle, Natori II, Chico’s, Susan Graver, Escada, Joan & David, Neiman Marcus, Juicy Couture, Isaac Mizrami, Bob Mackie, Tabitha, Ann Taylor Loft, Tamari, Dana Buchman, Bill Blass, Posh, Theory, Jones of New York, Liz Claiborne, Sigrid Olsen, Talbots, Moda International, and Harold’s.  We also have some items for men like Ralph Lauren, Polo, and London Fog.  We have some nice ladies shoes such as:  Maya, Vaneli, Gades, Pikolinos and Rampage (most are size 8).  The master bedroom door has two Crayon Costumes in red and orange - really cute.  We have a jersey number 31 and some suite cases.  There is a queen headboard and a long Asian style triple dresser in great condition made of solid wood.  We have a nice matching bedroom set that is leaning towards a more French style.  We have a tall six-drawer Chest.  We have a King headboard with rails and a great King mattress and Box Springs.  This king set looks like new.  There are two matching Nightstands and a matched pair of lamps with shades (BNI).  We have some king bedding and pillows.  There is a nice area rug with floral design and a small vanity stool with casters.  We have a matching triple dresser with mirror.  We also have a small club chair with a nice lacy pillow.  We have a small side table that looks like it goes with the set but it is slightly different.  We also have a vintage quilt rack that opens up on casters.  This set will not last long.  Come early to get the best selection.

  Front Corner Bedroom / Bath – features an antique Cherrywood Bedroom Set from the 1940’s.  It’s solid wood in pristine condition, and the style is call “Spindle” or “Jenny Lind”.  The set includes a Headboard and Footboard with Rails.  The mattress and box spring are like new and will be priced separately.  We have some nice bedding and some great quilts.  Come early for the best selection.  There is an awesome Chest of Drawers and a wonderful Vanity w/bench.  All items will be priced separately.  This is a great bedroom set and would make anyone feel like royalty.  We also have a lime green fabric chair, large lacy pillow, a small vintage side table and a little wood chair.  There is a nice lamp with shade (BNI) on the side table.  The vanity piece features some nice pictures.  The bathroom vanity has a rattan hamper, some towels, grooming items, tissue holder and cotton ball container.  There is a nice long sage green dress with matching shawl on the door.

  Large Double Garage – features lots of interesting items including furniture, some tools, golf clubs and more.  We have a vintage desk in solid walnut painted beige.  There is a Granite Countertop 19’ x 61’ and a Whirlpool Cabno Gas Dryer.  There is a GE Microwave Oven w/Carousel, 1,100 watts 1.8 CuFt.  We have a rolling typewriter cart, a Black & Decker WorkMate Dual 29 Model and a Ryobi 10” Table Saw.  We have a Singer 402A Sewing Machine w/cabinet and an Antique Singer Sewing Machine with original base and box top (circa 1905 to 1910).  How about a Bernette #335 Overlock Serger four spool or a vintage Portable Singer “Touch and Sew II” machine with carry case.  We have a vintage Ethen Allen nightstand, a 3-tiered book shelf, and an Ethan Allen 4-Drawer Chest.  We have a Walnut Vanity with stool painted beige and a four drawer Walnut Chest painted beige.  We have a vintage Child’s Rocking Chair.  We also have a great Trundle Bed with (looks like new) with 2 mattresses, Trundle Cover, Back Pillows, and Headboard.  This is an awesome set.  We have a Full size Solid Wood Headboard and Footboard without rails.  We have a Diamond Back Topango 24 Speed bicycle with a computer and two new inner tubes.  This bike is like new, and you can carry this bike on the Thuoe Raceway 9001 Swedish Bike Rack.  How awesome is that?

How about a very rare Tambour Door Cabinet which open from the top down.  This item has a key to lock it, and it has awesome shelves.  This would make a wonderful storage unit to hide clutter.  The key is at the front desk.  We have a narrow 5-drawer wooden cabinet that is painted blue, a vintage Emerson w/built in VHS player and Carry Case.  We have a Nail Master Electric Brad Gun, an Arrow Electric Staple & Nail Gun, an Electric Skill Jig Saw, and a Ryobi 10” Chain Saw w/o Battery.  We have a Panasonic Stereo with 5 CD Changer, Wilson Pro Staff Golf Clubs with Titleist Bag, and a Hon Metal 4 Drawer Filing Cabinet in great condition.  We have a nice Potting Bench with Metal Top.  We have a “like new” green Pool Float chair by Frontage Road. We have a nice La-Z-Boy Office Chair and a French Style Porcelain and Brass 6-Arm Chandelier with six small shades.  Come early for the best selection.
