This week we have a traditional Estate Sale in the quiet “North Lake Highlands” neighborhood in Dallas.  To assist the home-owner with general security, the address will be posted on our website and other internet listings Thursday morning.  This is a large single story home with each room packed full of interesting items.  The home is for sale.  We will limit the number of folks in the house and distribute sequential numbers to those waiting to enter.  Thank you for your patience!

 

  Dining Room / Entry / Checkout – feature a nice vintage drop leaf table.  On the drop leaf table we have two racks of necklaces and one rack of bracelets along with one slim tall rack of long necklaces.  We have some nice high end jewelry in a large flat case (Ask for Help) and some smaller flat cases featuring sterling jewelry (rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets).  Some have great stones, and some are coral, pearls of semi-precious stones.  We also have an American Girl Doll guitar in its original case.  It’s like new!  By the check-out table we have some Chanel sun glasses, a Chloe K. pink purse, and a high-end collectable BrickHeadz collectable please ask to see these items.  There is an attractive floor lamp with shade (BNI).  We also a have a matched pair of custom upholstered large wing back chairs – each with a matching pillow.  There is another armless vintage side chair covered in the same material featuring awesome wood carved legs.  We have an open double-sided display cabinet with three adjustable glass shelves and a built-in light.  This cabinet has lots of Lenox, crystal, collectables, plates, and Limoges (small cups and saucer).  We have some very nice vases, angels and dishes/bowls.  We have an open back pair of Prada black shoes in size 37.  There is an unusual wood with glass top triangle table with shelf and a jointed teddy bear in a teddy bear shaped box with a painted bear on the cover – a very nice item.  We have some very nice framed art pieces in this room as well.  There are some formal long dresses and some formal pant dresses on the dining room doors along with a new LEGO canvas bag.  We have two metal rolling racks (racks not for sale) full of LEGO collectable sets (mint or near mint condition) which are NEW (unopened) in their original boxes.  Note:  Most of the LEGO sets are Rare Retired sets.   There are 12 shelves in all full of these awesome collectables – Please see the LEGO list below.  Note: If you open a box/package you bought it!  We have a box of assorted Vera Bradley items, a Spode Christmas set of four hard placemats, and some small trinkets of Korean items.

  Hall – features some coats hanging on the double doors.  They are from the Gap size large and Faded Glory.  All the coats are in good condition. 

 

  Living Room – features a pair of oval drop leaf end tables, a great oval coffee table with beveled glass insert.  There is a smaller drop leaf table next two a solid wood rocking chair.  We have a modern deck / entry table with single drawer.  There are two matching cut glass and brass lamps with shades (BNI).  We have some prayer scarves / Arab Headgear – NEW, there is an Asian open temple house with drawer – it’s awesome.  There are some new decorative boxes, a vintage alabaster clock (key @ desk) and needs a little tender loving care.  There is a nice area rug under the oval coffee table.  We have a Beatles games (NIB) and a matched pair of lamps with shades (BNI) on the drop leaf end tables.  There is a vintage desk chair with a nice throw.  We have a large frame with its glass (no picture) it’s waiting for yours.  There are assorted lamp shades.  We have some international German dolls on its original containers.  There is a great Christmas tree skirt under the modern desk along with a matching Christmas pillow and throw (new).  There is a great Asian low table with brass feet.  We have some umbrellas and a large (very tall) walking stick.  We have a signed (unframed) modern art on the fireplace mantel.  There is a nice tri-fold fireplace screen along with some black fireplace tools.  On the mantel we also have a pair of matching lamps with green finials and nice shades (BNI).  There is a box of nice formal table cloths and runners in one of the corners.  The large corduroy fabric couch has three large seat cushions along with three matching back cushions and four matching throw pillows.  This couch color is a soft gray / green and is in great shape.  It is an awesome find.  We have a multi-color wool throws on the couch along with some other nice throw / decorative pillows in different colors.  This room also has some interesting art on the walls.  We also have a Deep Green NECEDAH Model X-28 AMO Standard Bow 58” J4125377 45# by Shakespeare Archery Equipment – Made in USA.

 

  Kitchen & Eating Area – features a Sunbeam microwave oven, a Presto electric cooker, Keurig coffee maker, Nesco Garden master food dehydrator and Jerky maker, Cuisinart stainless and black coffee maker, Braun juicer, George Forman grills, (we have one small and one medium).  Then we have Bavaria dinnerware china, Botanical Garden dinnerware, and Federalist stoneware dinnerware.  We also have an Ice cream maker and some nice placemats and table cloths.  We have some nice new aprons, a great Kitchen Aid side by side Fridge / Freezer (stainless steel) very clean in and out with in-door chilled water dispenser with crushed and cubed ice dispenser.  There are lots of interesting dishes, bowls, serving plates and bowls on the island.  We have a Panasonic Inverter Microwave Oven (stainless front).  In another open cupboard we have a variety of pitchers and on the go drink containers, measuring glass containers and Thermoses.  There is a nice set of aprons, chef’s hats and trivets along with a set of Christmas dishes.  There are bowls and covered dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils.  There is a stainless Champagne / Punch party beverage fountain (it’s like new).  We also have an 18 in 1 Mandolin kitchen vegetable fruit food cutter slicer with adjustable blades.  It’s like new.  We have a vintage Rival Crock-Pot and a Hamilton Beach duel speed food processor.  There is also a Presto small coffee maker and a vintage Crock Stick knife and scissor sharpening system with hand guard.  This one is rare.  There are lots of kitchen utensils and gadgets along with some knives and odds and ends flatware.  We have some nice drawer dividers in metal mesh.  We have two wooden bar stools, a box of plastic glasses, plates, and cups.  There is also a box of baking pans and muffin pans, and a box of plastic patio plates and dishes.  There is also a box of plastic covered containers, and a box of cake decorating pans and accessories.  We have a great wine picnic basket (new) for two with dishes, cheese plate and wine insulator with a great wicker basket.  There is a great solid wood Ethan Allen round table with four Ethen Allen dark spindle solid back wood dining side chairs.  We also have a small side table / night stand with single drawer and open bottom along with some dog toys, bowls, and mats.  The table has two vintage lamps that are made from jugs (BNI).  We have a vintage weight scale with a large wicker basket for weighing fruits and vegetables or for a nice kitchen accent.  There is also a small two piece roaster, plates, and bowls, and a round wood cutting board.

 

  Bar Area – features assorted plastic pitchers.  We have some interesting little parfait glasses with saucers and some nice margarita glasses - two colors to choose from.  We have two pairs of interesting owls that are so cute.  We have some wine glasses and some Tiki lights.  There are some small knick-knacks and a great lamp with shade (BNI).

 

  Family Room – features a great metal base with round glass table top with a chamfered edge.  There is another nice lamp with shade (BNI) as well.  There are many awesome throws on the furniture in this room.  We have a wonderful large tri-fold fireplace screen as well.  There is a nice orange, green throw rug, lots of CD’s and DVD’s as well as some Wii games and accessories.  We have a great vintage oval coffee table with brass caps on the claw parts of the table legs.  There are some nice interesting vases in one corner along with some great framed art and a vintage solid wood side chair with two wicker vases.  The mantel has another interesting framed art with candle sticks and more owls.  The couches and matching chair in this room are staying with the house.  (They are not for sale.)

 

  Master Bedroom Hallway Doors / Closets – features ladies /girls small size dresses, tops, skirts, sweaters and some long dresses in lots of colorful patterns.  Some of the clothing labels are; Allisson Daley – m, R & M Richards – m, Aeropostale – lg, Leather Chaps (ladies) Lasso, NY & Co,. – m, White House Black Market – 6, The Limited – m, INC – s, Massimo – lg, AMERICAN Eagle – lg, Victoria Secret – m, Old Navy s/p & s.

 

  Shoes are mostly 81/2 B - features Jessica Simpson, Saks Fifth avenue, J. Remee, BC BG, Madden Girl, Guess, Juicy Coiture, Lucky Brand, Tommy Hilfiger – 6, Gamine 7B and MHT Western.

 

  Hall Closet – features some really cute stuffed animals, folded tops and bottoms, scarves, hats, smaller totes, and Hallmark collectable ornaments still in original boxes.  There is also some interesting hanging art.

 

  Master Bedroom – features Ethan Allen four poster queen bed called “Country Pine”.  The mattress and box spring is a Pride of Foley’s Premium Collection called Crystal Super Firm Plus by Sterns and Foster.  Then we have two Ethen Allen night stands in the “Country Pine”.  We also have a pair of matching lamps worth shade (BNI) on the night stands.  There is a great 5’ x 8’ Area Rug in emerald green in the middle with a light beige boarder of floral.  There is a vintage trunk with a wood insert in great condition.  There are some new slippers, a four drawer plastic storage unit, and lots of interesting purses hanging on the wall.  Some of the purse labels are: Express, Coach, Marana, Koko Tommy Hilfiger, The Sak and more.  We have a small rug with some high end hand weights.  There are adjustable dumbbells / hand weights (sold in pairs) for biceps / triceps workout.  Then there are assorted size hand weights (sold in pairs) in more modern styles.  Come early as these weights are in great condition (like new).  There is a Bath Robe by Gillian O’Malley that is really soft.  We have a stand-alone oval mirror that tilts.  We have a cute jewelry box, some interesting knick-knacks, and an awesome make-up mirror with 6 light bulbs – wow; “what a find”.  We have some Bed linen (some are new), and some unique crocheted doilies / runners or dresser scarves.  There are lots of interesting tote bags that are like new (or never used).  We have a vintage jewelry box and two awesome vintage double decker tables with inlaid leather and some nice lamps with shades (BNI) on each table.  There are a few belts, some accent throw pillows, and a NEW addas team speed duffle bag with “Life time warranty – size 24” x 12.5”.  There is a vintage wood framed / top with wood legs solid folding card table in excellent condition.  Come early for this find - it’s a rare one.  We have a table with some interesting cosmetic / travel bags with a weight scale and two different types of foot bath containers.  There is some interesting art on the walls as well as some sweet throw pillows staged on the floor.

 

  Hall (leading to the two bedrooms) – features Men’s clothing; shirts and sport jackets.  We have some great chandelier lamp shades with beads and lots of games.  We have; Twister, Clue, Monopoly, Life, American Girls, Chinese Checkers, Parcheesi, What the Face?, What the Face?. Base 10 Number Concept Set, Texas o1, Backgammon, Chutes and Ladders, and an entire shoe box full of different card games.  We have fabric on the hall shelves.  We have shelves of three ring binders. We have 1”, 2” and 3” binders along with and entire box of new picture frames.

 

  Front Bedroom – features Ethen Allen white four drawer chest with a four-shelf bookcase on top.  This is a great space shaving piece.  We also have a great white desk with three drawers on the right side and a single lap drawer.  There is also an Ethan Allen single drawer’s night stand with a bottom open shelf.  And finally we have a small chest from Ethan Allen with four drawers and two double drawers on top with two shelves.  This is also a great small foot print that holds lots of items.  This room has children’s toys as well.  We have “Build a Bear” bags of clothing along with Bags of Doll clothing’s and a really cute horse, some letter “J’s” and American Girl sleeping bag with carry bag.  We have a great large world globe some books, nice pillows, and a doll bed with all the trimmings.  We have a Roland E-15 Intelligent Synthesizer key board with matching fold-up bench and the fold up legs for the keyboard.  We have three printers; HP Office Jet Pro 8600 Plus (Print, Fax, Scan, Copy Web), a HP Office Jet 6500A Plus (Print, Fax, Scan, Copy Web), and a HP Desk Jet 2545 (Print, Scan Copy).  There is also a Samsung Series 3350 LCD TV with Remote a Magnavox DVD Player / Recorder – Progressive Scan MSR 90D6 with remote.  We have a Sony AV System (Tuner Amp) with remote.  We have a Victrola 6 in 1 Turntable (it’s new in the box).  There is a pair of Radio Shake Scanner Noise Blocking Headphones (new in box).  We also have a Pros can 32X Digital Zoom Image Stabilizer Movie Camera.  We also have a GPX Karaoke CD Player with accessories.  There are some Hockaday School items, small pair of Dell speakers and a portable radio.  We have some more toys a baby doll bouncer and a really cute purple beauty chair that works.  There are also bags of beads and some paper dolls.  We have some nice carry bags along with another sleeping bag roll with carry bag.  We have that oh so cute child’s solid wood rocking chair.  We have assorted cables, extension cords, electronic connectors, computer cords and power cords along with a few power strips.  We have some women’s PJ’s and night gowns.

 

  Back Bedroom – features Lexington Bedroom Furniture.  Head board is a Full / Queen (mounts on either) and comes with adjustable rails.  We also have a mattress and box spring (full) from Ethan Allen.  The headboard is oak with a nice iron swirl accent.  There is a matching Lexington night stand with two drawers and is also oak.  The Lexington desk is oak and is two pieces; it has three storage drawers and a pull out key board drawer.  The upper piece has storage shelves and a place for CD’s.  There is also a vintage wood crib with mattress. The crib is still in its original wood stain.  There is also a nice folding sewing table (it’s like new) and a great find.  We also have a vintage solid wood three shelf book case.  This room also has a vintage folding rocking chair with tapestry material on its back and seat.  We also have a vintage metal trunk, some bedding, craft items and great lamps.  There are Girl’s shorts; tops, T-shirts and swim suits on the bedroom door.  We have office supplies such as folders, page shavers, cards, rulers, staplers, paper punchers, colored paper, graphing paper, and lined paper.  We have lots of spiral notebooks as well.  There are lots of highlighters, pens, colored pencils and much more.  We also have some crafting and sewing items.  This room also has some great lamps with shades (BNI).  We have bags of sewing items, NIB photo Albums, some carry bags and full/queen bedding.  We have a weaving loom with accessories, some (NIB) tubs of paint, carry folders and an accordion folder.  And finally we have a large Summer Stack 12 x 12 print paper acid free book of scrapbooking paper.

 

  Utility Room – features a HEPA Media Filter vacuum for all floors with accessories including a Power Mate.  There are some cleaning items like soaps, softeners, Swiffer pads, bleach, and Lysol.  There is a Maytag Washer and Electric Dryer.  The Dryer has Intellidry, wrinkle free fabric setting with press care and oversize capacity plus / quite plus II.  The Washer is a Neptune with fabric settings, Wash / Rinse temperature settings with optional presoak, stain cycle, Extra rinse and max extract water for faster drying.

 

  Double Garage – features an American Flag, some door wreaths and décor, a large lighted Christmas tree with canvas carry bag.  We have some really nice Christmas decorations (some still in boxes).  We have some lawn and garden chemicals, paints and other yard items.  There is a beach chair a gamming chair, two metal garden love seats (sans cushions).  There are lots of Christmas lights.  We have an elegant lace Mosquito netting / mesh Princess Canopy in an awesome green with flowers.  There are many types of totes, bags, canvas bags, and some luggage items on the floor and on the walls.  We have a small folding step-stool, some empty totes and lots of extra tote covers.  There are large and small coolers, assorted vases, spray craft paints, and assorted streamers and decorations.  There are lots of sprinkler heads, a vintage rattan seat chair and some outside lighting fixtures.  There is a small Haler Fridge, and a LG Window Air conditioner with remote @ desk.  There is a vintage brass chandelier, sticks, a golf umbrella, drawer liner paper, wall paper, rolled up tanning blanket, etc.  There is a Garden tool holder (sold separately).  There are shovels, rakes, hoes, brooms, dusters, shepherds hooks and more.  We have lots of hand tools including hedge trimmers, bulb planters, plant trowels, and metal planters.  We have several types of containers, pails, and gas containers.  We have an Air Compressor 2 HP 8 Gallon.  There is a Weed Eater Grounds Keeper, Propane tanks and a Fiesta Optima Grill with attached side tables.  We have a Black & Decker Hedge Trimmer and two Electric Chain Saws.  There are some really nice grilling tools and two new Grillit - Automatic Grill Lights.  There is a RAZOR E325 Scooter in great condition – Wow, what a find!  There are new Christmas lights in boxes and we have some toy cars under the tree.  There is a four wheeler mover, and lots of Christmas tree bulbs (bagged).  Some are new in boxes.  We have two NEW Reindeer horns / sets for your car – Great find and priced for now.  There is a small set of clubs with bag, and a work out or exercise mate, a vintage wooden container, an unusual planter and a “very” vintage UTD original arm chair that was in one of the study sitting areas.  This could bring back lots of memories.  There are three NEW very heavy Umbrella Stands (bases are square).  There is a plastic orange storage box, various containers and more carry bags on the walls.  Then we have a vintage French two speed women’s bike.  We have a vintage and well used table with pull out ends.  It needs some tender loving care and would make a great project.  We encourage you to come early for this sale as there are many items that will be gone soon after the doors open.
