* We Accept cash, debit & credit cards (w/proper ID), for your Shopping convenience. (*Charges Show on your statement as Annice Antiques, Inc.)
* We can text or email instant receipts for your purchases and convenience.
* If you re-sell and wish to use your Tax ID, please print & bring a copy for us to keep/for our tax records. (We will not have time to print copies, nor hand write info during this fast-paced estate sale event.)
* Please be courteous to others around you while shopping.
* We have a very well-trained staff to assist you with your purchases, shopping, even taking items to your car, as time permits between customers. Your Patience is Appreciated. This will be a fast-paced event
* We are a Business, hired by the owner, & we charge taxes.
* If you are unable to make this event in person, we do accept orders by phone anytime after 8am on the 1st day. We will then text a receipt that you will need to show text to pick up your items by the end of day, unless, otherwise agreed upon. * We Strongly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes for any of our sales events.
* Please be aware of uneven ground outside, sidewalks, etc. Walk around at your own risk. Ask for assistance when needed. Watch your Step at Entry, Sidewalk, steps throughout the estate. There are narrow hallways.
* Please use sidewalks.
* Use Google Maps for directions.
* Please be courteous to others when parking. Do not block driveways. Do not park in the estate driveway.
* Items must be taken with you unless arrangements have been made for pick up by end of sales event! (Any items left at this estate, will be donated)
* No small children or unattended older children. (Our discretion)
* No Large or Over-Sized Purses, Bags, Backpacks allowed.
* No pets allowed.
