  We have another great Estate Sale in Farmers Branch in the Brook Haven Country Club community.  We have a packed house with Five (5) bedrooms including a large patio, utility room, and double garage.  We’ve extended our hours by starting an hour earlier, so plan on stopping by early for the best selection.  See you at the sale!

  In the Living / Dining Room we have a great lighted double curio cabinet, a great floral and solid couch with matching wingback chair (with original fabric in great condition).  We have a pair of vintage bamboo chairs with rounded arms (with original fabric great condition).  We have a wonderful mid-century square table with drawer (really nice) and a nice serving cart that converts to a small table with slide out glass serving tray.  We have china, crystal glasses, retro items, lots of nice silver-plated items, along with some sterling, Lenox vases, things from England & Germany, serving plates and bowls.  We have a nice floor lamp with round glass table and some art work.  We also have some costume jewelry and some interesting items in the glass case (ask for help).  We have an awesome silverware keeper with plated set, and some awesome glass and hand-blown items in the curio case.  We have two vintage Matchbox car holders.  One contains Matchbox cars, and the other contains Hot Wheels and other metal cars.  We also have assorted hand-blown Christmas ornaments in small, medium and large sizes.  There is also a nice assortment of milk glass and pink Depression Glass.

  In the Kitchen and Eating area we have lots of appliances including a Kenmore Side-by-side Fridge/Freezer, and a large GE microwave with turntable.  We also have some vintage appliances: Belle & Company Chrome Coffee Pot, a Perk Up Percolator, a Hot Dr. Pepper Pot.  We have a large George Foreman Double Grill, a Sunbeam food processor (Lee Chef) with parts, a Regal Coffee and Spice Mill, a Well Bilt Griddle, a Vita-Mic Super 5000.  We have Sunbeam Electric Cooker, two (2) Rival Crock Pots, an electric Wok, and a New Food Savor Plus (includes accessories) and some really nice large pans with covers and fry pans with covers.  We also have two (2) large Pressure Cookers.  There are flatware sets, utensils, gadgets, dish sets, plates, and platters, along with lots of glasses (some new) and cups.  We have a rolling microwave rack with shelf, a 5-shelf storage rack, a nice tile top rectangle table and nice vintage wood chair.  We also have a nice collection of assorted soft and hard cover cookbooks and pamphlets.  We have some unusual Double Retro Thermos.

  The Family Room we have 33, 45, & 78 RPM records. We also have VHS Tapes, DVD’s and CD’s.  We have a vintage Curtis Mathis TV, record player, and radio console unit.  We also have a vintage Magnavox record player and a vintage Philco radio.  We have an extra-large recliner in green micro fiber and a medium blue rocker recliner.  We also have a large wardrobe unit (with rod) for clothes or a flat screen TV / electronics plus storage.  This one has wrap-around doors.  We also have a hide-a-bed sleeper/sofa with a nice beige slipcover.  Remove the cover and find a retro plaid sleeper/sofa in good condition.  We have Halloween pumpkin candy buckets, vintage masks and vintage costumes and a small rug.  You will also find some vintage pitchers and crock pot, and hard cover Harvard Classic books and other sets.  We have some interesting bar items, Jaguar cups, and SMU items.  There are lots of other interesting collectables.  We have a Toshiba DVD Player, a Sony boom box and more.

  The Craft Room has lots of Calligraphy items including pens, nibs and paper.  We have two (2) Singer Sewing Machines.  One is a trundle and both have wood tables.  We also have a small portable desk with casters. We have yarn crochet hooks, and knitting needles. We also have women’s clothing, shoes and boots.  We have a nice wood desk, two (2) white four (4) drawer dressers and a nice wood bookcase.  We have a crafting chair with storage in the seat, and an adjustable secretarial desk chair.  We have lots of crafting/decorating Books.  We have an electric Port-A-View slide viewer and lots of cards.  We also have lots of vintage quilt tops.

  The Master Bedroom & Bath Area is packed with lots of interesting items.  There are two (2) nice matching end tables with single drawers.  We also have two (2) round tables with glass tops, a great Grape lamp (night light).  There are Two (2) twin Extra Long Twin Beds (Mattresses and Boxes are nice and clean).  We have a double high storage cabinet on casters, a small trunk overflowing with totes and handbags.  We have a shabby chic desk (orange & white) and lots of bedding.  The Master Bath area has lots of interesting items (some still new in the box).  We have men’s and women’s items, things for hair, over the counter items (still new), plastic shoe boxes, electric heating pads, foot baths, humidifiers, and much more.  We also have a mid-century triple dresser with mirror and matching night stand.  Just Awesome!

  The Office is also very packed.  We have Men’s 2XL suits and lots of jackets (all in like new condition).  We also have more hats in this room along with luggage and attaché cases.  We have monitors, keyboards, a typewriter, lots of paper supplies, and rulers (long and short).  We have lots of tape, staplers, rubber bands, pens and pencils, erasers, world globe and map books, a lateral two-drawer file cabinet.  We have a vintage Bell & Howell projector, magnifying glass light, and a Nikon Camera with case.  We also have a square Polaroid camera, small radios, extension cords and surge protectors.  We have two (2) five-shelf book cases full of hardcover books (most are new, and some are vintage).  We have index cards and files, calculators, and so much more.  We have a nice desk chair and padded folding chair.  Come early for the best selection.

  The Front Bed Room has a really nice trundle bed (like new), and lots of Men’s 2XL clothing.  We have pants, shirts (long & short sleeve), hats, socks, underwear, great leather shoes (like new), boots, and gloves.  We also have two (2) wheelchairs (one Invacare, and one Sentra EC), a portable potty chair, shower chairs, a valet for suits and personal items, three (3) memory foam sheets for twin beds, crutches, and shoe shine kit.  We also have PJ bottoms, caps and cap forms, three folding walkers and a walker with a seat and hand brakes along with walking canes.  Come early for the best selection.

  The Fifth Bed Room has been converted to a Xmas Room.  It has lots of Santa’s, wreathes, gift bags, games, cards, toys and children’s books.  There is a nice computer desk and a great wood book case.  The entire room is just packed just like a store with small area rugs, some soft and mostly hard Christmas items.  We have lots of small to medium tree ornaments and a tub of Christmas lights (all tested and working).  We even have dish sets (new in box), glasses and table accessories.  We have lots of collectables still in boxes, so think about gift giving.  Again, come early to get the best selection.

  The Utility Room is the home for lots and lots of Tupperware items, bake ware, roasting pans, decorator baskets, irons, and an ironing board.  We also have many glass vases just in time for the holidays.

  The Double Garage contains lots of interesting items including tools and a large Craftsman tool chest.  We have vintage metal toys including a Tonka fire truck, and more metal trucks, cap guns, Lincoln logs, vintage children’s hardcover books.   We have lots of cleaning products and shelves of yard and garden supplies.  We have vintage lunch boxes, room space heaters, SMU stadium seat cushions, child seats, fishing rods and reels.  We have a great Whirlpool garage (second) Fridge/Freezer and an over 40-year-old GE Chest Freezer which still works great!  We also have exercise equipment: a Pro-Form 965R Bike, and a Total Gym along with and free weights.  We have plenty of coolers in assorted sizes.  We have canning jars and tops, some food, a 10-drawer wood storage counter, lots of tools and tool boxes.  We have lots of wooden boxes and a vintage desk with lots of office supplies.  We even have a very large metal chest.  This garage is so packed it will take you some time to see everything.

  From the Garage you can go directly to the large Patio where we have lots of outdoor planters, reclining lounges, a large metal pot, and trash containers.  We have a round patio table.  We have an umbrella, two (2) patio chairs, a Weber grill, lots of sprinklers, nozzles and outdoor watering items.  We even have a Sunbeam 750 Grill Master, bird feeders, a Scotts spreader, propane tank, and hoses.  There are two nice big 7-plant hangers - what a great find.  We have an 8-foot folding ladder and another flat grill.  We have wind chimes, charcoal, and frames for building storage for fireplace wood.  We have many lawn and garden tools: rakes, spades, hoes, and shovels (assorted shapes and sizes), ax, fence post digger, and more wooden boxes.  We have lawn sprinklers and watering nozzles, hand trimmers, pitch forks, and much more.  Come early for the best selection
