~Here IT comes!! We've been talking this one up for months!! Our next client's husband was along time employee and respected technician of Hillcrest High Fidelity for 30+ years and was also a founding member of the vintage radio and phonograph society (VRPS) here in the north Texas area. These great collectibles are from his personal collection and workshop for his estate. A H-U-G-E number of radios already went through a local auction house here helping the family deal with the vast number within his collection. We've been hired by our client (and friend) to help assist with the rest!! Save the date now and come see us and the gang the third weekend of June!

Newer solid state stereo components from Masterwork, Akai, Realistic, Sony and Yamaha. Others from Technics, JVC, dbx and Panasonic.. a few sets of smaller bookshelf speakers from Realistic and a set of Paradigm NIB. Reel to reel from Wollensak to DeJUA and Ampex. And WOW!! Tons of antique radio magazines from the 20's and 30's.. names like 'Radio', 'Radio-Craft', 'Radio News', to 'Popular Science' and 'Science and Invention' to name a few. A super assortment of cool radios, clocks and some books to a Victrola and a vintage Bakelite GE Tube caddy. A hard to find Fidelitone needle microscope to a 1920's American Bosch radio with speaker.. too cool and super rare!!

Make sure to check out the original Star Wars posters previously from a local CBS Dallas executive's estate.. these 'Star Wars', 'Empire Strikes Back' & 'Revenge of the Jedi' Advance 'one sheets' and Theatre Release Posters from the 80's are in good condition and an awesome addition to any collector's personal stash!!

Hold on to your britches when you peek around the corner into this flashback mecca of radio, turntable and phonograph history!! Antique and vintage to retro designs.. an awesome period statement for those of you looking for some hip & cool tune players.. we've counted almost 135 radios alone, 4 Zenith Transoceanic Radios and at least 50+ working to non-working turntables! We have colored plastic radios, wood cabinet radios to bakelite radios.. vacuum tube to solid state radios and coin operated radios from right here in Dallas, TX!! Radio brands like: Zenith, Motorola, General Electric, Arvin, Westinghouse, Telefunken, Midland International and Emerson to name just a few! So, it's not your traditional kitchen.. since our client's husband used just about the whole house for his personal workshop we've put some of the cooler specialty items NOT related to radios through here! More great antique electric fans to retro advertising clocks, retro and antique toasters to Hallmark Star Trek collectible Christmas ornaments.. some specialty radios from Coke and Pepsi to Sponge Bob! • Bedroom #2 (Record Room)~
We've put every record we could lay our hands on in this room! I'm talking TONS of Records!! Vinyl LP's, 78's & 45's.. probably at least close to 1000 to choose from!! Folk to Jazz, Rock to Classical and Country to Children's! Some LP's in superb condition.. a W-I-D-E variety to look through!! Be prepared to spend at least an hour in this room looking through some of yesterday's greatest hits!! Also check out the framed movie posters like 'Fried Green Tomatoes', 'Lord of the Rings and 'Raging' with De Niro to name a few.. add them to your own theatre room!
Also, more great collectible movie posters are located down the hallway.. classics like Stanley Kubrick's '2001: A Space Odyssey' to 'Star Trek: First Contact'.. resistance is futile!

Well, since the rest of the house was stuffed to the gills with radios, stereos, fans and vinyl we put everything else in here!! Great everyday hand tools to power tools.. awesome tool boxes to retro and vintage organizers and displayers for sellers wanting to stay with a period theme. Tons of great gadgets to organizers full of nuts and bolts to screws and fuses.. find one full of exactly what you need!! Drills to grinders, socket sets to jig saws and screwdrivers to mallets.. even a two gallon air compressor! Old to new and everything in between.. it's in here if you need a tool!
Super fun and retro portable TV's from Sony, Panasonic to Casio and Emerson. Kodak Carousel projectors NIB to antique phonograph motors, a Twinphone intercom system to MCM can lighting and retro vacuums like the iconic Electrolux canister and the Hoover Constellation!! I love these!! Newer hand held Dirt Devils to retro Hoover Swingettes to some other antique hand held vacuums from Westinghouse and General Electric. Antique Singer sewing machines (including a Featherweight in superb condition) to a National Rotary, vintage and antique typewriters from Smith-Corona, Remington and Royal to a complete original IBM model XT with floppy discs!!
