This page explains the terms by which you may use the Site and our online and/or mobile services, and software provided or in connection with the service (collectively, the " Service"), including by (i) submitting bids for the purchase of items posted for auction by the Company as a " Buyer" and (ii) submitting an item description and any other related information in connection with the listing of an item for sale on the Site as a "Seller."
