ELS Estate Sales ... A Fabulous Sale That Will Blow Your Mind!

CASH ONLY ... NO HOLDING SHELVES AT THIS SALE ... BRING SUPPLIES FOR PURCHASES

This sale hits you like a tsunami – wave after wave after wave. Landon started out doing the sale for a gentleman’s daughter who then added her aunt’s 2 houses (one in Decatur and one from Waco) to the father’s home in Farmers Branch. The FB house is located in a lovely circular cul-de-sac that backs up to Brookhaven Golf Club.

SPECIAL NOTE ... BRING PACKING MATERIAL AND BOXES!

Here’s where it gets interesting. Landon’s staff unpacked boxes from the 2 estates and added everything to this one house – an endless collection of home furnishings in a wide variety of styles. The results: the house is bulging at the seams with china and glass, collectibles and art, furniture ranging from antiques to primitives to traditional, clothing, sewing machines and notations, linens for holiday dinners and get togethers. The driveway is covered with tables offering everything under the sun along with furniture for every room. The garage has holiday decor, electronics, tools and tool chests. A 2nd clothing boutique is outside because there was nowhere else to put apparel. Racks of books are stacked on the porch and in the yard (Military books, Novels, How-To’s, U.S. History, Classics, etc.). Patio furniture is actually on the patio.
