This week we have an interesting sale in the heart of Lake Highlands in Dallas with a wide assortment of brand name collectables from small items to nice furniture pieces.  This sale features an eclectic mix of interesting items, like 1800’s antique vanity to a reclining fainting couch both in excellent condition and LEGO collectables and retired so we encourage you to attend early for the best selection.  Please remember to bring cash to purchase items.  We can hold items for only 30 minutes with money down along with your name and phone number.  In-order to assist the homeowner with general security, we’ll wait to post the sale address on our website and other internet listings until early Thursday morning.

Each morning of the sale we distribute sequential numbers to customers waiting to enter, thereby enabling those who arrive early to wait in comfort in their vehicle.  Many of our customers have told us they appreciate our use of “tear tags” for larger items.  If you tell us that you are interested in purchasing one of the larger items, your first name is written on the back of the tag that and then brought up to the check-out area.  That way, we can presume that large items without tags already have a likely buyer on site.  When the buyer pays for the item at check-out, a member of our team retrieves the item or places a “sold” tag on that item for later pick-up by the buyer.  We gladly assist our customers with removing items from the house to encourage efficient and safe removal of all items.  We look forward to seeing you at the sale!

  Living Rooms & Dining Room / Entry / Checkout – features mostly vintage or antique furniture pieces that are rare or hard to find in great (like new) condition.  We have a wonderful collectable antique “Barley Twist” side chair with carved oval upholstered high back and seat with casters in excellent condition.  There is a rare antique Chase Lounge Sofa “Fainting Couch” also with casters and carved wood back and legs in excellent condition.  The we have a mahogany oval Hall or Entry table with casters and an awesome center Spindle with carved spindle legs.  At checkout we have sterling and designer jewelry and other small, interesting items.  There is an awesome rectangle coffee table with beveled glass top on casters with a smaller bottom shelf with nice carves legs with cutout four-inch sides - this is a rare find.  We also have a vintage tea cart with drop leaves and hidden handle with bottom shelf and spindle legs with wheels and casters.  We also have a Victorian 1800’s vanity with two marble tops and a large carved mirror.  This piece in excellent condition for its age.  Then we have a walnut Victorian armchair with casters and partially cloth arms.

  There is a Sim McCreary sleeper sofa in a nice Suttle cream color and it's like new 😊.  There is a square side table (about 40 years old) with nice, beveled glass insert and sturdy square legs.  This table holds an electric oil lamp with etched glass globe shade (BNI) we also have a smaller pair of spindle lamps with shades (BNI) on the antique vanity.  There is also a nice wood set of three nesting tables.  On the Tea cart we have a great Gratian urn like table lamp with shade (BNI).  On the lower shelf we have a large tray and other smaller serving pieces in silver plate.  We also have a vintage Duncan Phyfe two tier round table with nice wood legs.  There is a vintage metal small, padded bench with tassels in great condition.  We also have a great Duncan Phyfe Octagon table with two drawers and two small shelves on each side with nice, capped legs.  Both tables have some nice glass and porcelain smalls.  There is a NEW easy pulse portable oxygen machine #4100 series with extras.  There is a set of three wise men busts and a basket of Christmas table linens like new.  We also have a small, started set (13 pieces) of Reed & Barton Sterling flat wear in a wood storage case.  We also have some interesting wall art one is a gold embossed mirror, and a large, unusual cooper hanging plate or a vintage French wall sconce with candle.  There are some more interesting wall art as well.   Make sure that you come early in order to get a better selection.    Make sure you look in the Hallway as we have two nicely framed watercolors by Harry Richardson that are signed.

  Family Room / LEGO Collection – features a vintage side chair (Duncan Phyfe style) with padded seat and craved wood and open back.  There is a center island of creams, lotions, brushes, and various make-ups along with Bath & Body wall plug ins with lots of great fragrances refills to choose from.  There is a basket of Jar candle holders along with lots of casual and fancy table linens.  There is a nice vintage walnut library side table sitting on a small oval rug.  There are four striped or pattern emerald green throw decorator pillows.  We have a smaller spindle leg desk mahogany with single drawer and some cubbies with smaller drawers.  This desk is in great condition.  There is a nice vintage carved gold tone spindle side chair with matted floral seat.  How about a cute Santa on a tricycle or a nice tall lamp with shade (BNI).  We have a Broyhill Love seat with two matching pillows in (red, green, blue & gold) plaid pattern with two matching pillows and then we have a matching Broyhill armchair in the same (red, green, blue & gold) plaid.  We have a rare drop leaf floor lamp with nice shade (BNI) with some interesting coasters on the table.

  There is a NEW green storage cube stool.  Then we have a nice “small” roll top desk with light with three drawers and two shelves.  This desk is an unusual find.  On the lower shelves of this desk we have some art supplies mostly brushes and colored pencils.  There are lots of interesting smalls in this room as well. We have some smaller gift boxes, a nice hanging shelf a basket of fireplace matches, candles, and lighters.  There is another side chair with carved spindle legs, padded seat and brass accent on corner of the taller back with fine rattan.  There is some nice art in this room including some nice accent mirrors.  The mantle has some nice statues and two globe lamp (BNI).  There are glass flowers (sold separately) in different colors and styles and then there is a great cooper leaf designer plate, some nice fireplace tools and white Asian elephant and some interesting books.  There are some cute and nice smalls in the family room built in shelves including candles, statues, vases and books and a great rooster lamp (BNI).  We also have lots of paper napkins, some plates and a 144-piece bronze flatware set by James from Thailand.

  Then we have a huge collection of retired LEGO sets.  Note:  Most of the LEGO sets are new in sealed boxes or polybags.  There were too many rare, retired LEGO sets to fit on one rack – Please see the LEGO list below.  Note: Some items might be at the checkout desk because of their value.

  Kitchen / Eating Area – features white Fiesta HLC-USA dishes, serving pieces made in Portugal, and a great copper and wood ice bucket.  We have two sizes of stem crystal glasses, and some Martha Stewart plates. We have lots of back wear from Corning, Pyrex and Anchor Hocking (some have covers).  There is a great Cuisinart Electric Skillet, a Braun hand blender, and a Hamilton Beach 16 speed blender.  Then we have an older Rival Crock Pot a Sunbeam mix-master and a Cuisinart Electric knife.  How about a Oster Electric skillet, or a Black & Decker Electric Lids Off or a Ninja Blender (small).  Then we have a Krups coffee grinder, or a Proctor Silex 5 speed mixer.  There is a smart mug by Solite, Chambord coffee maker, then we have a variety of different size thermoses.  How about a Veffetti (that turns veggies) into healthy spaghetti.  EHS Diet Scale, a Belgique Grill Pan, Large Lodge cast iron Skillet, and a medium cast iron skillet.  Two large pots one with cover, Kenmore fridge / freezer side-by-side Model # 5025001 Manufacture date 200-2008.  There is a Brookstone new in box wine opener, how about a nice round wood table with a thick beveled glass tempered glass top and a single pedestal with claw feet.  This table has one large leaf and pads for the round or the rectangle table.  This table has six carved back chairs with barley twist accents two chairs have arms all chairs have nice seat pads.  The chairs will be sold separately.  There is a lot of nice glass serving plates including a great crystal cake plate.  The kitchen has lots of cups, serving dishes, glasses, some spices, and tea items including tea.  The sink board is full of knives and great kitchen gadgets.  We also have some steak knives, sets of flatware and large and small serving bowls.  There is a set of Spaghetti bowls with a large serving bowl from Italy.  There as kitchen towels, plastic containers and bakeware items scattered in boxes around the kitchen.  There is also some great Dansk Bistro Microwavable and oven safe from Portugal and Sabatier stoneware called waves brown.  We have different size stemmed glasses, shot glasses, a cute mom and little baby bunny and a great round colorful cookie jar.

  Back Bedroom / Office / Electronics – features a Honeywell Floor Fan, a great “like new” Casio Keyboard with Stand WK-300 – 500, which was (played very little) with a 152-song bank - rhythm with song controller, 76 keys and a Musical Information Center and 305 Music Presets with original books – this is a great find.  There are different boxes of cables, connectors, cords and more.  There is a black floor lamp mood light (BNI) and a fold down large Pewter shelf with lots of interesting items, we have plates, glasses, candles, picture binders, CD’s & DVD’s some books and more.  We have a nice brown glider chair with matching foot / ottoman.  There is a great camera Tri-Pod by Vanguard.   We have a nice paper shredder, hanging folders, a nice table on casters.  There is a nice foldable table with wood desktop (sold separately), a heater, a small vac and a wire four bin shelf.  There is another narrower fold down Pewter shelf mostly full of books plus some crafting items.  There are two bins of pens and colored highlighter pens and markers.  We have a new Fourth of July door wreath new.  On the built-in bookshelves we have lots of different vases of multiple colors.  There are multiple radios vintage to modern.  There is a Dyneo small TV and a Sony Cassette Deck Player, and a Toshiba HD DVD Player and then we have a nice beige four door file cabinet from Office Depot.  We have travel luggage, London Fog and Skyway Luggage.  There are also 45 RPM Records.  Make sure that you attend this sale early in-order to get the best deal.  We have various desk items including some hole punches, paper, Dymo LetraTag print, calculators and small tablets.  There are also some rulers and paper / book stands.  We also have some etchings in this room as well.  One is by Bill Hood signed 1977 an etching of the Driftwood Country DStore in a nice black frame.  Then we have a great etching of a man with a cowboy hat and beard also in a nice black frame and its signed.  We also have some nice NEW dog sweaters in pink and blue and a nice KJOS Recorder in a nice case.

  Large Double Garage / Tools / Workbench – features a nice four tier black corner unit / shelf in great condition.  NOTE:  There are four steps down into the garage that has a nice sturdy handrail.  There is also a 16-foot ladder- all American model A3016-2.  There is also a 6-foot frame metal ladder by Keller mode 926.  How about a small Rubbermaid step stool model RM-WF and a 2-tier step stool or finally a 3 tier Costco step stool model 11-413-ABL.  There is a vintage ironing board that is full size and a two modern steam irons ands a new ironing board cover.  There is also a small tabletop ironing board as well.  There is a large outstanding plastic storage tote (4x2x2) made by Keter, 80 gallons – fold away Deck Box.  We have a like “new” Speed Queen Top Loader Washer 2018 Model AWN63RSN115STW01.  There is a card table 34 inches square by Costco model 4-699-TAP.  We have an Enviro Cycle Compact Bin with Rotating base. There is also a Rubbermaid 32 Gallon Rolling Plastic Trash Can, and a 32 gallon (no name) rolling Trash Can and finally a 40 gallon (no name) rolling Trash Can.  There is a wood workbench with shelves 8 feet wide x 8 feet wide x 34 inches deep.  There is a nice Intertek Mini Fridge model LCR17D6NBE and a blue 2 Wheel Dolly.  There is a Windshield Rotating Misting Fan model 0805 and a Honeywell Rotating fan 2008 model HS301, the bas has a crack. 

  We have lots of yard and garden tools like different shaped shovels, pitchforks, rakes hoes, pruners and so much more.  We have pails, buckets, caddies, and lots of Christmas decorations.  There are ribbon rolls, ornaments, Santa’s, garland (some new) in boxes, lights (some new) in boxes, trees, bagged ornaments and more.  Then we have lots of interesting Halloween items.  We have two canvas folding stools.  There are some nice lighted decorations along with some very interesting door wreaths.  The work bench has some interesting hand tools, along with lots of all sorts of aerosol cans of paints, raid, hot shot, wasp spray, household cleaning items and more.  We have some electrical, plumbing, interesting hand tools and lots of MISC items.  There are assorted sizes of coolers, screws, nails and more.  Then we have live animal traps.  There is a box of Americana collectables and a Hydro source – sewer systems.  We also have some high-end swimming flippers and a 2019 Like New Primacy MXM4 Michelin 98W Audi, Acura or Mercedes Tire. Treadwear 500 245/HOR19.  There are two Oreck XL carry vacs one in black one in beige.  Then we have a dog / baby gate lots of small containers and shelf dividers.  Make sure to attend this sale early in-order to find all the hidden treasures in the garage. :) 

  Large Patio / Furniture / Pots / Yard Art – features Calloway Blue Glazed Pots in sizes Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large.  NOTE:  You will be able to enter this patio through the nice large double garage.  We have a “Garden Treasures Patio Set which is a rectangle table with 8 stationary armchairs this is an awesome find.  There is a complete Kitchen Grill in nice condition.  There is lots and lots of hanging yard art.  There is also a Garden Treasures Living 24-inch Side Table with Urn (warmer) model 5025F-24-328.  There is a white cast iron cart in nice condition. There is a smaller bakers rack with four shelves.  There is also a nice variety of clay pots and a lighted Christmas tree.  There is a black cast iron patio chair and a Blue glazed Bird Bath.  If you enjoy watching the birds, we have two large Bird Feeders that stick in the ground.  There is a nice water hose with caddy, and a small and large side table in black.  There is a variety of hanging pots and a verity of small to large garden animals including a nice owl.  We have small to large decorated pots, some other small tables and metal yard art.  We have hanging chimes and art galore including some bird houses.  We have a very nice pre-lite Christmas tree that is about 4 feet tall.  We have metal pot stands and grilling utensils.  We have a two-door storage unit by Sunceet in beige.  This covered and uncovered large patio is just packed with nice, unusual yard art that you will be glad you attended this sale early.

  Front Bedroom / Boutique – features There are four full rolling racks of women’s clothing.  We have sizes that are small to large / size 2 to size 14-16.  We have shorts in sizes small to large by Way the Free and Emanual.  Then we have ladies’ tops, some sleeveless, some long sleeve and most short sleeve, in sizes small to large.  The brands are:  Travel Smith, Jones, Studios, Ann Taylor, Orvis, Top Shop, Allison Daley, Talbots, Liz Claiborne, LL Bean, Coldwater Creek, Ralph Lauren, Ana, Cabi, Dana Buckman, Chaps, Breeke, The Peterman Company, Simply Vera, Land’s End, Jones of New York, Chico’s, The Territory Ahead, Lauren, Habitat, Pendleton.  We have some nice jackets they range from small to large and the brands are:  Black Leather Valerie PM, Bechamel, Travel Smith, Chico’s, Silk Land, Maggy London, Cold Water Creek, Crystal, The Territory ahead, St. Johns.

  We have some very nice skirts in sizes small to large the brand names are:  St. Johns, Chico’s, Travel Smith, Talbots, and Valerie Stevens.  There are some nice dresses in size small the brands are:  Socialite, Susan Manoco, Spense, Jones, New York, Ellen Tracy and Talbots.  Then we have Pants in sizes small to large the brands are:  Lauren Jeans, Talbots, Travel Smith, Dana Buckman, Gap, Coldwater Creek, Chico’s, and Ann Taylor.  Then we have two-piece outfits in sizes small to large with brands that are:  Liz Claiborne, David Brooks, Ann Taylor, Coldwater creek, LL Bean, Jones, Studio, Talbots, and Travel Smith.

  There are lots of Bag of Bags (gift bags with lots of gift bags and tissue inside).  We also have some great shoes in sizes 6 to 8.5 and the brand are:  Steve Madden, Jessica, Simpson, Ann Klein, Via Spiga, Ferragamo, Sam Edelman, SAS, Banana Republic, Valeria, Lacerde, Libby, Edelman and Marc Jacobs.

We have a table of folded shirts and T-Shirts that are in sizes small to large.  There is a vintage double wood head and foot boards with rails.  There is also some very nice purses, men’s silk neck ties and some very nice scarves.

  Corner Bedroom / Bedding / Easter - features a lovely wood chest that is painted on the outside with flowers.  A nice smaller vanity with single drawer and a nice oval mirror.  We also have a small painted white chair.  We have a antique feather seat chair with a French flair and cane back in good condition.  There is a small folding table that is currently holding some nice towels in various sizes.  There is a cream French style “full” Headboard with cane inserts.  There is a full mattress that is a Posturepedic in great condition.  We have some nice under the bed storage containers along with blankets, mattress pads, and some nice “handmade” quilts.  Do you remember using a “HeadBoard Lamp” well we have a nice one for you so arrive early.  There is a center table with lots of Easter decorations and finally we have two small matching lamps with shades (BNI). 

  Master Bedroom / Vanity - features a king size Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Pillowtop Mattress and Box spring that “looks like new”.  There is a nice generic wood Headboard with nice lattice inserts and rails.  We have two nightstands / tables and we have a Highboy or man chest with three bottom drawers and two drawers behind some great double doors.  There is a large Tiffany style hanging lamp on a long chain, and a nice wood framed long rectangle mirror.  There are two matching Brass Lamps with great shades (BNI) and two matching Waterford Crystal Lamps with great shades (BNI).  There is a great triple dresser with two great wood framed mirrors.  We have two NEW King European Down Pillows and Two King Fieldcrest pillows and two standard Goose down pillows.  All are in new to like new condition.  We have a nice square vanity stool and there is also a shower adjustable height shower chair with arms, and we also have a nice folding walker.  We have ladies’ sleepwear winter and summer and some very nice ladies’ dresses in sizes small to large and the brands are:  Travel Smith, Coldwater Creek, Herman Geist, Lands’ End and LL Bean.  There are various over the counter items on the table and on the vanity there are mirrors, and small more personal make-up and accessory items.  Make sure to take a long look at these two areas as there are lots of great items here.
