This week we have a great sale in North Dallas with a wide range of brand name collectables from smalls to nice furniture pieces. This home features a very eclectic mix of interesting items, so we encourage you to attend early for the best selection. Please remember to bring cash to purchase items. We can hold items for only 20 to 30 minutes with a little money down along with your name and phone number. In-order to assist the home-owner with general security, we’ll post the address on our website and other internet listings on Thursday morning.
Each morning we distribute sequential numbers to customers waiting to enter, thereby enabling those who arrive early to wait in comfort in their vehicle. Our customers have told us they appreciate our use of “tear tags” for larger items. If you tell us that you are interested in purchasing one of these items, your first name is written on the back of the tag that is brought up to the check-out area. That way, we can presume that all items without tags already have a buyer on site. When the buyer pays for the item at check-out, a member of our team retrieves the item or places a “sold” tag on the item for later pick-up by the buyer. We gladly assist our customers with removing large items from the house to encourage efficient and safe removal of all items. We look forward to seeing you at the sale!
Front Yard / Porch – features lots and lots of yard art and interesting furniture in the yard and on the porch. On the south side of the front yard we have placed mostly concrete items and wrought iron items. We have concrete angels, small bird baths, crosses, small fountains, statues of children, busts and heads, a large artichoke, and various sizes of clay pots. There are wrought iron trellises & obelisks in different designs. On the north side of the front yard we have a signed concrete rabbit bench, a vintage wood glider hanging on chains, a concrete bird bath base, a nice bird bath, and a trifold three-panel wrought iron divider. Each section has three rectangular inserts. There is a rolling serving cart, some outdoor signs, and more wrought iron trellises. On the front porch we have more clay pots, a wrought iron love seat, and two white wicker armchairs. There are some rectangle planters, some clay saucers, and a nice selection of watering cans. There is also a wrought iron chair and some interesting tables. We have some wind chimes and some very nice wall hanging planters and decor. Come early for the best selection.
Entry / Hallway – features several entry mirrors and panels with clothing hooks, umbrellas, and several canes. We have some vintage highly carved wood-framed mirrors, a nice small cabinet with single drawer and large door. We have purses, some nice wall mirrors, and a hand-blown Santa Claus. There is an over-the-door hanger with some men’s jackets, and other nice items. We have a large full-length framed mirror and a stroller white fox jacket along with an embellished jean jacket. There is a vintage sweater with a removable mink collar. We have some nice black leather pants. We have a very nice Walnut Banjo Weather Station with Barometer, Thermometer and Hydrometer that hangs on the wall. It makes a great decoration that is also very practical. We have a nice large mirror with a nice frame. On the stairs there are hanging plate hangers and a great pot with some greenery, and some hanging green decorations/plaques.
Living Room / Checkout Area – features a smaller set of Royal Albert – Old Country Roses Bone China, England ©1962 Royal Albert LDT. We have a very interesting brown rattan oval table with a different colored rattan top in great shape. There is an oval mirror with its fame making it a rectangle in gold tones. There are two modern base lamps with shades (BNI) in great condition. Above the mirror is a beige / brown tone tapestry with rod. We have a great 8’ x 10’ area rug with fringe on two sides. There is a display table full of Limoges and other small collectables (most have their boxes). We have six small trays of sterling and gold jewelry, they contain rings sterling and gold, turquoise, designer pieces and chains with beads along with lots of parfum. Please do not spray, thank you. The items in the small cases will be discounted only 50% on Saturday. In the animal print divider located at checkout, we have lots of smalls like, knives, religious items, magnets, key chains, and lighters. In the closed glass-shelf case we have lots of nice Waterford items, vintage mirrors, small cases, crystal and glass parfum bottles and small boxes. We have a courting / kissing rattan bench in great condition. In the corner we have a great brown rattan armchair in great condition with a nice pillow seat. In this room we have assorted plates on the walls. We have plenty of plates from England (like Staffordshire). We have a two-piece large armoire with double doors and two large drawers with great wood accents. There is a nice iron bench with wicker pillow top. We also have two necklace racks and some English plates and canister. We have two new Dooney & Bourke purses sitting in a great basket. There are two pairs of ladies designer shoes in size 6.5 they are a Gucci pair and a Ferragamo pair. Come early if you are interested in these great items.
Dining Room – features some William Rogers & Sons IS Exquisite Flatware, Rogers Bros IS Flair Flatware, Community Flatware and International Deepsilver Silverplate. They are “fill-in” pieces from 20 to 36 pieces per bag. There is a great wood-framed beveled mirror on the wall with a great carved wood frame. We have a great Bentwood Rocking Chair in great condition painted yellow. We have a claw foot bench with beige fabric seat. There is a large Nieman Marcus hat box and nice purses throughout the room. We have two open rounded shelf corner units in Oak wood with nice glass shelves. The corner units are lighted and are priced separately. There is a graduated wrought iron candle holder with seven candles. There is a box of silverplate fames. We have a vintage secretary with a lighted top with adjustable shelves and plate grooves. On the bottom is a fold-down table/desk, and the bottom has some very nice drawer storage. There are some nice summer brim hats around the room. We have some awesome clothing hanging on the double dining room doors. There are some Ralph Lauren sweaters along with a long vintage embellished dress by Lilly Ruben. We have many platters and plates in this room as well. We also have some great crystal pieces by Waterford, Orrefors, Gorham and more. Come early for these wonderful items. We have a nice vintage carved side chair with a fabric covered seat. We have some very nice Bristol Fine China – Spring Blossom made in Japan. It’s a full set of China. There is a great hard to find “A” frame vintage fold down book / magazine rack. We have some interesting items in the top of the secretary, so be sure to look there as well. We have a wonderful set of St. Nicholas Fitz & Floyd. This set is rare, and it’s hard to find the complete set. Be sure to come early for this one. We have a wonderful set of China by Noritake Ivory China, # 7192 called Affection. We have some awesome serving pieces with this set as well and this set is a delicate off white with a silver rim. We also have a very unusual table. It is a small table when folded. It could be used as an entry table. The top unfolds to become a square tabletop. This table is being used to stage China and crystal items. We also assorted decorator containers featuring black metal with gold trimming. Be sure to come early for these awesome finds.
Family Room / Boutique – features a King-size four-post bed with head and foot boards. This bed is in great condition. We also have a great Sealy mattress and box springs which will be priced separately from the bed. This set is also in exceptional condition as it is only about a year old. We also have a full-size Sealy mattress and box spring set in great condition. This set is leaning against the wall with some nice decorator pillows on top. We also have a queen magnetic Mattress topper. We have some bedding including some awesome down king-size toppers. Some have Duvets on them. There are pillowcases and some sheets as well. We even have a set of steps that match the bed, it serves as a helper for humans or pets. We have a rattan square stool as well. We even have a small captain’s table with lift top for storage. We have assorted blankets and throws in this area. We have some nice art on the walls. In the boutique area we have two racks of clothing from small to medium, and we some small petit items as well. We have lots of Ralph Lauren clothing along with Liz Claiborne, Jones of New York, Yani, and D & B. There are lots of shoes as well - mostly in sizes 6.5 to 8. We have a rectangle white shag rug approximately 5’ x 8’. There are folded clothes on one table with PJ’s, folded pants, tops, and shorts. Under the table we have a box of sweatshirts. There are shoes and a box of purses under the table. On the second table we have lotions, polish, compacts, creams, and shampoos. Come early to get the best selection. There is a nice off-white armchair with a fringe bottom in great condition. Next to the fabric chair we have a great oval tray tabletop with the stand. There’s a box of socks, a white shaggy bath rug, and boxes of folded jeans, sweaters, and tops. There are some very nice satin hangers, a great tray with silverplate mirror, and a brush set. We have a vintage vanity with drawers. We have some nice items in the vanity along with an acrylic lamp with shade (BNI) and another beige vase-like lamp base with shade (BNI). We have a chest of drawers in Knotty Pine with matching beveled glass mirror with a Knotty Pine frame. On the chest we have two more interesting lamps with shades (BNI). There are some nice frames and a small wood jewelry box with three drawers. This area also has a tote full of nice purses (many are new) and a box of folded t-shits and a box of folded leggings / jogging pants. By the large fireplace we have a nice wood Western Clipper sled, and a mirror with a wrought iron stand. The fireplace has a collection of Santas and other interesting items. There are more great woven baskets and a wrought iron rectangle for plates that holds all sorts of Xmas candles. There is a large snow globe, vintage candle holders, and a basket of CD’s and DVD’s. There is a great formed mirror on the mantle along with more Santas and more candles with holders. There is a black tri-fold fireplace screen. In the “Best Buy” area of this room we have a stationary office chair with arms, a container of assorted power strips, a file box with hanging folders, a back massager, some games and cards along with dominos and poker chips with caddy and cover, and a radio. We have two flat screen TV’s. One is a Samsung, and the other is an RCA. There is a monitor and a keyboard along with lots of office items - including a few handheld calculators and some cords. We encourage you to come early for the best selection.
Kitchen / Eating Area – features a Frigidaire white refrigerator with top freezer. It is nice and clean in the inside. There is a small basket container or table with storage and some dish towels. There are some large quality (very intricate) woven baskets under the island table and some smaller ones inside the large basket. We have a box of canned and bottled food, there is a large metal shallow oval tray with stand. There are some very interesting platters, containers, and vintage items on the island table as well. We also have a vintage step stool with fold out steps. There is a rolling storage cart with locking wheels. It has a wooden top and two shelve below that. On the top shelf there are a large platter and bowl from Italy. We have some nice pots and pans, a nice cutting board, and lots on interesting corning ware. There are also some Pyrex items. There are three cabinets with lots of interesting glasses, bowls, plates, sugar and creamers and so much more. We have an entire section of small electric appliances; (some are new). We have a NEW Emerils Pressure Air Fryer Duet, is a NIJA coffee and Expresso maker. There is a black two slice toaster and Black & Decker Bagel two slice toaster. There is a smaller Keurig coffee maker, a large George Forman grill, an oval Crock Pot in red, and a Black & Decker hand mixer. There is a small round Crock Pot in white and a Duxtop 8500ST Portable Induction Countertop Cooktop burner with Sensor Touch. There is a Hamilton Beach single coffee maker. We have lots of Kitchen gadgets and knives on the sink board. We have a white storage container with three metal shelves and a glass door with three shelves. It’s a handy storage item. On the top of this we have nice pieces of copper including some nice cookie cutters. Above these items is a mirrored window with shutters on the wall. In the corner built-in are some etched crystal flutes, water glasses, and wine glasses in great vintage condition. We also have some nice large stemmed wine goblets and a set of five glasses with matching pitcher with the etched letter “D”. There are some large cut glass platters and a set of round glass cake or salad plates. The eating area features two matching vintage armchairs in blue and a pair of ladder-back side chairs with rattan seats. Then also have a very intricate white wicker chair with arms. We have assorted plaques and plates as well as a mirrored item and some small pictures on two walls in the eating area. We have a vintage carved wood and brown rattan highchair with curved back (a great find). There is a glass container with cover that says, “Delicious Tom’s Toasted Peanuts”. This item is a great find. We even have a large, tall yard art artichoke on a pedestal between the two blue wood chairs.
Patio Room – features Postmeirion - Botanic Garden designed by Susan Williams-Ellis’s dish set. It can be used in an oven or microwave and is freezer safe. This set is from Britain and has some unusual serving pieces including a hand soap dispenser and a flowerpot. What a great find! As you enter the patio room you will see some more white wicker furniture. We have a very nice glass top rectangular table. Next to this is a white wicker Desk with a single drawer and a arched back. There are also some cubby holes for other items. There is a white wood chair with a rattan seat in white to match the desk – priced separately. We have a white wicker rocking chair with an added pillow on the seat. This rocker is in great condition as are the other white rattan pieces. On the floor around the wicker pieces we have a candle lantern, assorted pitchers, a wrought iron plant stand on casters, and a small pot. We have a large rectangular basket with handle and lots of awesome artificial greenery. We also have a lamp, and some interesting decorator books. There is a Knotty Pine rectangular table with two drawers that go from one side to the other side. This table has four ladder back side chairs with rattan seats, and the wood is painted red. On the table is a set of Blue Danube dishes with some unusual pieces including a square platter, a tea pot, salt & pepper, a pitcher, and a butter dish. The table and hutch match, and they are both Knotty Pine. The hutch has large open shelves on top with two small doors, and the bottom of the hutch has small drawers with two sets of double doors for lots of storage. This is a very large hutch in great condition. This hutch features Botanic Garden dishes. There is a folding iron chair, a large candlestand in black, some very large exceptionally woven baskets, a small wooden stool, a large white framed metal mirror, and a ladder-back rocking chair with white pillows on the seat and back. We have a beveled mirror with decorated side panel, pumpkins, and some pots. We have a two-shelf wooden plate rack that has some nice collectable plates. All will be priced separately. The bay window features a great brown birdcage and nice matching pitcher, plate and tray, a large designer candle pumpkin, and some more interesting pitchers. There are covered containers that match the Botanic Garden set priced separately like some of the unusual pieces in the hutch. Come early for the best selection.
Utility Room – features lots of thick plastic containers, and a assortment of laundry and cleaning products. There are two ratan picnic baskets, a vintage weight scale, and some plastic containers with lids. We have a tall light lime green metal container, and a nice, insulated carry bag. We have two irons. One is a Black & Decker, and the other is a Rowenta. There are a few vacuum cleaners. One is a Dirt Devil with swivel guide. We have a Eureka wide tack superlight Bagless Upright 12” cleaning path with a carpet and floor setting. We have another Dirt Devil Simpli STIK for easy lightweight cleaning. We also have a Bissel Powerforce Compact cleaner vac. There is a nice roasting pan, a metal laundry container with cover, rubber gloves, and a metal Keurig coffee pack holder.
Double Garage – features lots of brooms, dry mops, and cleaning helpers. There is even a toilet plunger. There is some autumn decor, a lightweight toy chest with cover, and an “in the box” Portable Toy Pak. There are a few nice Xmas Wreaths, a small Xmas Tree and some other table-size trees. There is a tabletop full of Xmas decorations. There is an entire table of hand tools. We have boxes of books some bags of Xmas ornaments, assorted fall pumpkins and two great vintage wagons. There are some tote type bags, books in boxes, and lots of covered and non-covered plastic containers. We have a great metal Patio set in green with four matching chairs. There are some drawer containers. We have both single and double wide containers with drawers. There are five shelves of yard and garden chemicals along with some household chemicals. We have a girls vintage Husky bicycle. There is a float, some outdoor trimmers, a folding chair, and yard art. There is a nice baseball glove and some baseballs. We have a small table fan, and a metal container labeled “Housekeeper Box”. There is an assortment of household nails and screws, along with measuring tapes. We have a small handsaw and assorted light bulbs. There is a vintage Electric floor polisher by NAIRN - it still works. There is also a PATTAN Temperature control along with some paints. We have the wrought iron back and side for a wooden seat bench. There is an Admiral white dryer with auto or airdry settings and a Roper heavy duty white washing machine. There are some yard hand garden rakes and smaller hand items. Come early for the best selection.
