This week we have a great sale in North Dallas in Lake Highlands with a wide range of brand name collectables from smalls to nice furniture pieces.  This home features a very eclectic mix of interesting items, so we encourage you to attend early for the best selection.  Please remember to bring cash to purchase items.  We can hold items for only 20 to 30 minutes with a little money down along with your name and phone number.  In-order to assist the home-owner with general security, we’ll post the address on our website and other internet listings on Thursday morning. 

Each morning we distribute sequential numbers to customers waiting to enter, thereby enabling those who arrive early to wait in comfort in their vehicle.  Our customers have told us they appreciate our use of “tear tags” for larger items.  If you tell us that you are interested in purchasing one of these items, your first name is written on the back of the tag that is brought up to the check-out area.  That way, we can presume that all items without tags already have a buyer on site.  When the buyer pays for the item at check-out, a member of our team retrieves the item or places a “sold” tag on the item for later pick-up by the buyer.  We gladly assist our customers with removing large items from the house to encourage efficient and safe removal of all items.  We look forward to seeing you at the sale!

Living Room / Checkout Area – features two vintage prints framed by Vittorio Amedeo Cignaroli artist Italy.  We also have “The Beatles” Laser Engraved with Certificate of Authenticity with Beatles signatures on the Ed Sullivan show- Certificate # 4655.  We have some coins, collectable memorabilia coins and tokens along with key chains and other interesting collectables.  Then we have, 925 - sterling in cases (ask for help), turquoise, chains, pendants, earrings, pins, rings, and bracelets.  We also have 14k & 18k in cases (ask for help) rings, chains pendants, bracelets and some have diamonds and precious stones.  Let’s go back in time to when we had velveteen fabric on a couch with a loveseat that can form an “L” shape sectional and each piece has an ottoman on casters with back and side pillows.  This vintage sectional is a nice blue color which is “easy on the eyes”.  There is a nice long narrow wool area rug with fringe on each end in beiges, tan and blue.  There is also a vintage long narrow table (mahogany) with two drawers and nice open legs with cross a support.  On this table we have two rack of mostly designer and vintage necklaces by designers like Monet, Carolee, Chicos, Artisans and more.  There are some coin collection folders, (some are empty). And some collectable sports cards.  There are prints of John Lennon (drawings – please ask to see).  In the entry we have two Asian raise hanging panels.  One is a vase on a stand with cherry blossoms and the other is a vase on a stand with a flower and a tea pot.  We also have a3 partridges in a pear tree with raised paint.  There is a larger Asian panel with gold frame and gold background with mostly blues painting water and mountains.  This panel is very heavy and in great condition.  There is an all wood very large bookcase with six shelves with lots of interesting vintage items including books.  There is a vintage monopoly, some Simpson figures (new) in package.  A vintage Towmotor (forklift), vintage books on the Beatles, comic type books, flashbacks, home improvement, and MAD about the seventies and so much more.  There is also a collectable Wonderful World of Walt Disney book set from the 1960’s by Golden Press with four hard back books.  We also have a Hillary Rodham Clinton Presidential Playset and a Hillary (doll like) nutcracker.  We have an antique framed painted plate with a Lady by a lion head fountain.  Then we have a framed print with says “God has made everything beautiful in His time”.  Ecclesiastes 3:11.  Then we have a numbered print 89/300 named “Misty Mood.  And finally we have an Asian framed panel labeled Spring – Farmer by Tyrus Wong and the frame is 37 ¼” x 15 3/8”.

Dining Room – features a rare find the Wellesley Wedgewood Made in England , Bullfinch pattern with USA Patent 98-179 Pattern No AL9351 and D.93217.  We have about 60 pieces.  There are two ASpode Christmas tree pattern cups (new in box), and a nice crystal platter and a vintage blue glass bowl.  There is a new solid oak (fold away) book rest.  We have a framed (He is Risen) framed picture.  Then if you like modern we have a floor lamp with a tall white sqyure shade.  There is a vintage General Electric - electric clock that is working.  How about a oval vintage platter, or a Red Wing pottery blue & pink vase.  There is a small satin glass vase and some other vintage items.  There are two dishes labeled Theodore Haviland New York Made in America Gainsborough set.  Then we have Made in England Royal Doulton Coronation 12^th May 1937 dish.  Finally, we have a very nice set of Haviland France Decorated by Haviland & Company Limoges Dishes.  There is a tall oval dining table with storage in the middle of the table near the base.  This table has four matching tall chairs with cloth seats.  Then we also have a smaller square table with four taller bench seats.  We also have a tall glob floor lamp in the corner.  Make sure that you come early for the best selection.

Kitchen / Eating Area – features lots of Pyrex dishes some with lids.  We have a Sunbeam hand mixer, a Krups grinder, an electric Oster knife and a large Fusions warming tray commercial brand.  There is an electric Black & Decker can opener and a Krups Sandwich Express.  We also have a cabinet full of cups, glasses, and other interesting kitchen items.  On the sink board we have lots of kitchen gadgets and knives.  There is a cute owl cookie jar, a wood stacked spice rack and lots and lots of pots and pans.  We have Paula Dean, Calphalon, Kitchen aide and Cooper lined along with some cast iron.  We also have a very nice pressure cooker called Fagor.  There are some glass cutting boards and generic pot covers.  There are insulated coffee cups, slat and pepper shakers and lots of different coffee cups.  We have two boxes of new in the box kitchen items.  There is an oval table with two leaves and a Formica top with a single base.  This table has two side chairs and two armchairs.  We also have two Noritake covered pots a wood lazy Susanne and a Keurig coffee maker.  There is also a Cuisinart food processor and a water strem as well as an emergence blender.  There are collectable Coca Cola bottles and Dr. Pepper bottles along with some interesting cookbooks.  We have a very nice set of Mason’s Bow Bell’s England Patent Ironstone China dish set that has Guaranteed Permanent & Acid Resisting Colors written on the bottom.  This set is very nice for its age and there are many pieces including serving pieces.  This is a great find.  We also have a small set of Okwan China Hand paint in Japan.  Make sure that you come early to get the best selection.

Utility Room / Desk Area – features lots of baking items (many are new), plus many types of plastic storage containers.  There is a rolled up area rug with fringe on each end. We have some napkins, two (new) wire dish driers and a nice lettuce spinner.  There is a square butcher block cutting board and a rolling table / island with cutting board and drawer. It also has two lower shelves.  We have a hoover Floor cleaner and a Bissel Clean view multi-cycle rewind vacuum cleaner.  There is a high back-office chair with arms. And lots on cleaning items including mops and buckets.

Double Garage / Workshop – features Lots and lots of items; infact you would call this garage stuffed.  We have a Poulan Chain Saw model 1625, a Skilsaw 5600, a Black & Decker Vac-N-Mulch BV 1500.  Then we have a Black & Decker Jig Saw # 7571, and Skil Belt Sander ¾ HP.  How about a Drill Master Orbital Hand Sander 40070, or a Dewalt DW930 5 3/8 Trim saw and its cordless (has no charger).  Then we have a Tradesman 10” bench table saw BTS10BW.  If you are looking for a Black & Decker String Trimmer St4500 we have one, or a Black & Decker String Trimmer NST-2118, or we also have a Kobalt – KST 130x -06 String Trimmer.  There is an Elf six drawer storage container with wood top.  There are lots and lots of bags of screws, nails, and washers.  We have a wall of outdoor home hard and garden chemicals.  There are buckets, waste containers and even a combo safe (we have the combo).  There is a peg board with MISC new items.  There are lots of different Frisbee’s along with different colored tape.  There are four camp folding chairs different makes, and we have a two-wheel dolly and a two-wheel drum dolly.  There are three aluminums Werner ladders one is a 22 Foot extension ladder, another is a 8 foot folding ladder and the last is 6 foot folding ladder.  We have a oval patio table with clean top (no chairs).  Then we have a mesh round patio table with four matching chairs.  There is also a reclining chair in the mesh as well.  We have many yard and garden tools.  We have an aluminum tub, a box of heavy plastic sheeting, some folding chairs and tarps.  There is a Yard-man push mower 625 and it works.  We have a Schwinn Airdyne Exercise bike and a shop-vac Pro 10 gallon.  There are Coleman Lanterns and Coleman Propane Fuel containers along with a pair of Cabela’s Waiters Dry-Plus.  We also have a large black dog crate and some toys and food dishes.  New in box Manchester mailbox – black with flag.  There is a TRVL insulated front seat organizer (new in box) and a a Ride-a-way Emergency kit and an Eddie Bauer Emergency kit. 

Family Room – features new in box Tienshan Fine China – Classic Gold it’s a a 55 Piece set that includes eight of dinner plates, salad plates, soup plates, cups, and saucers.  Then we have round platter, round vegetable bowl, Salt & pepper, creamer, and sugar bowl with cover.  The built in contains lot so of games, and cards for both children and adults.  Then we have all sorts of napkins and tablecloths.  We have a vintage table floor lamp with shade (BNI).  At the center of the room, we have a mice 8 sided mirror and Oak wood 8 sided table with awesome detailed legs.  We also have a double deck round vintage side table.  If you love a soft off-white pattern fabric  couch we have one.  There is a sofa with 2 oversized seat pillows and three back cushions and 2 side cushions in like NEW condition.  Then we have two love seats with 2 seat cushions and 2 back cushions with 2 side cushions.  They are both in like NEW condition.  Each couch and lives seats will be sold separately, and each has An awesome bottom skirt all the way around.  Make sure that you come early for these beauties.  There are two matching side tables made of Oak that form a square side table with great wood like colored four tiles in the middle.  The legs are modern in style.  These are also in Like NEW condition.  The fireplace hearth has two vintage bike helmets and lots of art books, and books on Dallas.  There is a great wrought iron fireplace tools, they are black and modern in style.  There is also a selection of Wii parts and new items along with a vintage “Butterfly” Ping Pong Racket with cover.  There is a black log carrier for outside, and a brass log carrier / display for inside.  We have lots of music books for guitars and keyboards.  The mantle has some interesting items like some Asian influences ginger jars with covers, and two decorative bottles with unusual caps and a great brass decorative freeform sculpture that is heavy.  Then we have a nice Christmas tree.  It will be sold as is and it looks real.  We have some interesting and collectable bagged ornaments and Gift bags inside gift bags.  There is rally nice wood and metal adjustable doggie gate that stands. We also have other interesting Christmas items.  We have a vintage wood RCA Victor TV and a Turn table.  Both are housed in the wood double wide wood case (piece of furniture) that is in great condition for its age which is late 1940’s or early 1950’s.  We have entire wall of vintage electronics.  We will start with an HP printer Photosmart C4180 All-in-One Printer – Scanner – Copier.  Then we have a box of cords, bricks and antennas and other stuff.  There is a 2Boom Bass King Wireless Speaker System with Bluetooth.  There is a Dual Gated Compressor / Limiter Symmetrix and a ASHLY Peak Detection Compressor / Limiter Model CL50.  Then we have an AL Audio Logic 440 quad noise gate and finally we have an Autocom audio interactive dynamics processor with enhancer model MDX 1200.   Behringer.  There are many carry bags and back book carriers along with more bricks, headphones and cords in a box under the table.  We also have some 33 vinyl records and s few 45’s as well.  Moving on to the electronics again; we have a Sony Hi-Fi Stereo VCR Plus+ Programable system Flying Erase Head - DA Pro 4 Head / Auto Head Digital Auto Tracking System, then we have a Stereo Video Cassette recorder SLV-696HF HQ VHS player.  How about a Technic’s Direct Drive Automatic Turntable.  Then we have more headphones, cords, and adaptors.  We have a SONY Digital Audio / Video Control Center – Digital Cinema Sound Processing 32Bit and we have a Sony FM Stereo / Fm-Am Receiver STR-DE635.  An we have a Stereo Turntable System PS-LX300USB.  How about a Panasonic 8-Track Stereo or a Garrard Made in England Turntable - Advance Design Group GT250.  Ok then; we also have a Europower Professional Sound Reinforcement Series by Behringer EP4000 2x2000 Watts Power Amplifier and a Yamaha Natural Sound Stereo Receiver R-900.  There is a small pair of Sony speakers a (NEW in the box Audiology Connect, a vintage Telechrom electric clock and it works.  There is an Oregon wireless rain monitor, and a Kenwood Frequency Counter Tuner.  We have another pair od smaller speakers and a Superadio AM/FM Hi Performance Radio with Wide Band and Auto Frequency Control Reception.  There is a ResMed American Cpap Direct machine.  How about a Retro lamp with a knob control on the base with shade (BNI).  We also have a vintage restored Cabinet that use to be a retro TV Record player that is now a bar or storage with a secret button that open the right door. A cool restored unit.

Children’s Front Bedroom – features a Single twin bed with single mattress and three drawers for storage.  There are two bookshelves filled with children’s NEW and used toys (some are collectable), crafts and interesting items.  The two bookshelves will stay with house.  There is a white floor circulating fan, a box of toy train set.  A very retro swivel chair and two pairs of TV trays wit matching lap desks.  We have a great world globe and a 50 plus very vantage wood toy box in really great condition for its age.  There are backpack and carry bags and a four-drawer small white chest of drawers and a white two drawer side table.  We also have a fold down white desk, with lots of interesting desk items and some stuffed animals along with some cute pillows and a sleeping bag and finally a bed rest with arms.  There are also some children’s books and some are pop up and some are toddler learning books.  There is a vintage train set in its original box.  Make it a point to come early for some of the more interesting, vintage or rare items.

Teen’s Front Corner Bedroom - features a side table nightstand with two drawers and a matching taller chest of drawer with five drawers.  There is a great floor lamp that is adjustable direction (BNI).  We have lots of bags and back packs in boxes.  There is a lap writing desk and a small swivel side bed table. There is a great head and foot board with rails with only a twin box spring in a great off white color.  We also have a bed helper that usually fits between the mattress and box spring.  There is a lot of bedding for twin and double bed.  There is a nice bean bag chair in blue, some interesting art and a small three drawer storage full of bookmarks and book plates that are new.  There is a portable round table as well.  There is an assortment of nice mote books, journals, and diaries.  There is some women’s shoes and two cub storage boxes.  We have a pair of President Ronald Reagan and Nancy slippers.  There is a pillow that looks like real French Fries – very cute.  There is a four-drawer whit small chest of drawers.  We have some cute stuffed animals and a container of pillowcases.  Make sure you attend this sake early for the best selection in each room.

Master Bedroom / Bath Area – features lots of interesting items.  There is a lot of men’s new shoes and boots in sizes 12 and 13.  We have towels and hand towels there are heaters and small fans.  There are men’s folded pants in a basket and a heater massager pad electric.  We have a rolling clothing rack of men’s short sleeve and long sleeve shirts, jackets, and vests.  Do not miss the men’s cashmere long coat and a sports jacket hanging in the hallway.  There are wedge pillows for comfort that look like new.  There are two twin headboards with a shelf.  We have a bed pillow in blue with arms.  There are lots of men’s sandals, tie shoes and slip-on shoes that still have lots of life in them and they also are size 12 and 13.  There is a vintage vanity in mahogany with three drawers on each side and an awesome square mirror.  There is a box of men’s shorts and a box with t-shirts all different sayings.  We have a box of hanger bundles and a folding carry bag with wheels.  There is another single twin headboard with a different foot board in mahogany.  We have some king bedding, comforters, sheet sets and singles.  We have a storage chest with a three open shelf display.  This display has lots of interesting items including gloves, scarves and knit hats.  There ais also several pillows.  There is a Brookstone foot bath massager soaker, and another foot bath by Homedics along with a neck or body massager.  There is a nice open knight stand with single drawer.  There is a chest of drawers (3 Drawers and a fold down desk at the top.  This desk has some interesting items.  We have some really nice men’s socks and caps as well.  There is two mesh desk chairs with arms that are adjustable and some really nice suit cases as well.  There are some floor lamps with shades (BNI) and a bath areas with lots of over the counter items.  Make sure you attend this sale early for the best selection in all the rooms.  We have many hidden treasures which were not mentioned in each room including the stuffed garage.  Happy Treasure Hunting!!!  😊
