Dallas (Preston Hollow) Estate Sale

  We have a HUGE 12 Room Estate Sale in Dallas (Preston Hollow) with every room packed.  We limit the number of guests in the house and provide sequential numbers for those waiting.

  Entry / Living Room we have a Rack of Coats including Leather Jackets, a Fox Cape, Black Rabbit Vest, Tan Rabbit Scarf, and Black Long Hair Fur Jacket.  We have Evening Purses, two Umbrella Stands.  One has Wood Canes the other has Long Umbrellas.  The Living Room has a Large Enclosed Rectangle Display Case with Ancient Hawaiian Weapons by Z-Galleria.  There is a Taupe Couch and two Beige Chairs with an Ottoman.  We have a Black Storage Bench, a Vintage Oak Drop-Down Desk in Great Condition.  We also have a two-piece Vintage small Oak Buffet / Storage with a Rounded Oak Shelf also in Great Condition.  We have a Purse Stand loaded with lots of Higher-End Leather Purses.  Come early for the best selection.  We have two side Tables; one square and one rectangle.  We also have two Tiffany Style Lamps (BNI) one Multi Color the other is Shades of Blue.  We have Wallets, Coin Purses, and Leather Belts.  There are some Higher-End Knick-Knacks, Crystal Items and a Thomas Kinkaid Musical White Christmas Tree.  We have nice Down Throw Pillows and a Trunk Coffee table with Storage Drawers on the ends.  There is also an Oval Beveled Glass Coffee Table with Two Columns for a base.  We also have a very Large Framed Mirror, Collectable Ornaments, Framed Pictures and Floral Arrangements. We have lots of Costume Jewelry; Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Watches, and Rings.  We also have lots of Sterling Silver, Turquoise, and Amber Jewelry (Most are in Cases) “Please ask for Help” with items that are in cases – Thank You. 

  Dining Room we have a Large Rectangle Glass Top Table with Two Mirrored Bases and Four Armless Striped Parson Chairs on Casters.  We have Crystal, Dishes, Plates, Platters, Vases, Candle Sticks, and Linens (Napkins, Placemats and Table Clothes).  We have a Mirrored Plant Stand, a Set of Christmas Dishes, a Rattan Storage Chest, a Black Laminated Buffet (great for Storage), and a Red Laminated Buffet (great Storage).  We have a Large Rectangular Enclosed Framed Book Binding by Z Galleria along with other nice Art.  We have some interesting Serving Buffet Pieces, Candles, a Nice Vintage Chest, and an Asian Chest.

  Family Room we have Three (3) Area Rugs, a White Love Seat with Matching Ottoman, Cute assorted Pillows, a Day Bed with Pillows and Cover, Nice Side Tables, assorted Lamps with Shades (BNI), Two Tall Trees, Large Modern Gallery Style Painting, and a Paris Female in Red Dress Painting.  There is a Collection of Books, Knick-Knacks and a Unique Foldable Flat Piano Key Board.  We have a Wood Book Case, a Small Chest, and a Tall Table with Matching Four Chairs with Padded Seats.  We have an assortment of Dishes and Plates and Candles.  There are many other assorted Art Pictures, a Small Table with Book / Magazine Storage and assorted Throws.  We have an assortment of Florals, a Custom Made Large Backgammon Table, Two Fabric Covered Arm Chairs, and an assortment of Game Books.  We have a nice Metal Fireplace Screen and more Items on the Mantle.  There is also a Large Rectangle Beveled Glass Table Top sitting on a Modern Wood Base.  There are Six Armless Chairs with Padded Seats.  The table also has a variety of Playing Card Dishes and Glasses, Game Chips and small Plaques.  We have Two Guitars and one Soft Case for a Guitar.  There are a few smaller unique Tables and a Black Rectangle Bench.  Come early for the best selection.

  Patio Room we have a Very nice Marble top Table with Two (2) Metal chairs with Colorful Pads.  We have lots of Floral Arrangements, Flowering Trees, and a Rattan Shelf loaded with Outdoor Pillows and Sun Glass Cases.  We also have a cute Arrangement of White Rattan Furniture; Two Chairs, a Table, and a Serving / Storage Table with Glass Top.  There is a White Triple Decker Bird Cage, lots of Hanging Chimes and Plants and a Wicker Magazine Holder.  We have a great (like New) Rectangle Glass Top Patio Table with Four Stationary Chairs, Two Swivel Chairs, and a Matching Umbrella.  There is also Large Baker’s Rack full of Silk Foliage, a Small Red Wagon, cute Figurines / Small Yard Sculptures.

  Kitchen and Eating Area we have lots of Kitchen Counter Top Appliances and Pots and Pans.  We have Food, Baking Items, Cat Food and Bread Box.  There are Aprons, Pot Holders, Corningware, Pyrex, and Canisters.  We have Cutting Boards, Pizza Stone, Cook Books and a Wine Cooler.  There are Multiple Blenders and Coffee Makers and a NEW Black & Decker Toaster Oven.  We have a Juicer, Crepe Maker, Cascadia Maker, George Forman Grill, and much more.  There are lots of assorted Candles, Side–by-Side Fridge / Freezer and lots of Kitchen Knives, and an abundance of Cooking Utensils.  There are Two Wood Padded Seat Stationary Bar Stools and a small Wood Stool.  In the Eating area we have an Oval Wood Table with Four Cain Back Chairs with Padded Seats.  We have assorted Glasses, Floral Arrangements, a Punch Bowl set, assorted vintage Platters and Deviled Egg Plates.  There is a small Bar off the Kitchen that has an assortment of Spirits (sold as a lot),  Glasses, Wine Holders, Wine openers, and Decorative Bottles,

  Guest Bedroom we have a Two Twin Beds with Mattress and Box Spring and Rails.  They each have an attached Lighted Head Board with Sliding Storage.  We have a Single Night Stand between them.  We also have Two Lighted Dressers and One Single Dresser.  We have lots of Twin Bedding, Luggage, and Carry-on Bags.  We also have Workout Clothing, Hoodies, Sweats, T-Shirts, and Pants.  We have Long and Short Sleeve Tops, Leggings, and some Shorts.  We also have assorted Tennis / Running Shoes.  We also have a Laundry basket full of assorted Cloth Gift / Cloth Jewelry Bags.

  Utility / Laundry Room we have a Kenmore White Washer and Electric Dryer, a Dirt Devil, a Sharp Electric Tile Floor Cleaner NEW, Cleaning Products, and Ironing Board.  There are also Mops and Dusters, Stepstools, a Long Folding Table and a Four Shelf Storage Unit.  We have Dog / Cat Carriers, Feeding Dishes, Assorted Toys, and Coats.  There is a Cosmetology Styling Table and Five Heads with Hair and Cosmetology Books.  We have Cat Toys, assorted Shopping Bags, Plastic Baking Pans, Napkins, and Plates.  We also have a Floor Clothing Steamer – New.

  Oversized Double Garage we have a Great Foosball Table, a nice large Game Table, Assorted Gift Bags, a Nice Rug and a Fridge / Freezer.  There is a White Deep-Reach Sink, Animal or Baby Gate, Plastic Storage Containers, an LG Portable Air Conditioner with Remote, Two Metal Four Shelf Storage Racks, assorted Yard Chemicals and Flat Screen TV Stands.  We have assorted Hardware items, a Two-Wheel / Four-Wheel Dolly, and a 20-foot Extension Ladder.  We have a Portable Heater, Three Large Gray Bean Bag Chairs, and Oval Patio Table with Four Chairs with Floral Pads.  We have a Smaller NEW Evolve Folding Thread Mill and other exercising items.  We have a Tall Flocked Christmas Tree and lots of Collectable Decorations and Lights.  We have Coolers, Bags, Containers, baskets and Folding Yard Chairs.  We have Tools Kits in Carry Cases, Wrenches, Drill Bits, and a Stamping Kit.  We have Hammers, Pliers, Wrenches, Cutters, Clippers, and Screwdrivers.  There are two Lighted Rain Deer, a Vintage Wood Rolling Buffet Table with Fold up Ends, Folding Card Table Chairs, and Card Tables.  We have a nice set of Canvas Couch Covers and Chair Covers.  We have lots of decorative Easter, Halloween and Thanksgiving Items.  We have Office Chairs, Lamps (BNI), Single Vintage Chairs, one Walker, and a Wheelchair. 

  Master Bedroom we have a Vintage Singer Sewing Machine with in a Wood Case.  We have Purses and Bags, lots of King Bedding, Gloves and Small Area Rug.  There is a King Metal Canopy Bed (just Awesome, and Two Box Springs.  We have a Wood King Storage Unit with Light Bar and Mirrored Glass Back also contains an assortment of Red Hats.  There is a Large Flat Screen Samsung 1080P TV and a Smaller TV / Electronics Unit housing Red Hats and a Portable Singer Sewing Machine.  There are Curtains, Blankets, Comforters, Bed Protectors, Pillows and Bath Rugs.  We have a Large Armoire with Double Doors (hand painted with flowers).  This unit houses lots of assorted Decorator Pillows and Bed Pillows.  We have a large bin of Purses and Bags, some small storage units and an Assortment of Sewing Notions.

  Master Bath and Closet we have lots of Ladies Clothing; PJ’s, Dresses, Tops Pants, Blouses, Wraps and Jackets.  There are Gloves, Scarves, Jewelry Boxes, Winter Gloves, and Hats.  We have lots of Ladies Dressy and Casual Hats as well. There is Make-up, Lotions, Creams, Body Powder and Body Lotions, Curling Irons, Hair Dryers, and Vibrating Hand Held Massagers.  We have a Wood Bench with Rattan Storage Baskets and lots of Ladies Casual to Dressy Shoes and Boots.  We have Shoes Racks and Hair Clippers.  We have a Professional Quality Foot Massager and Hand Held Massager.  Come early for the best Selection.

  Middle Bedroom we have a Beautiful Queen Bed with Headboard and Footboard and Rails along with a nice Mattress and Box Spring.  The Matching Triple Dresser has an attached Mirror, and we have a Matching Tall Chest of Drawers.  There are also two matching Nightstands.  We have lots of Ladies Casual Sandals, Small Gift Books, and Some Stuffed Animals.  There are some Ladies Clothing, Bras, Panties and Teddies.  We also have Shoe Racks, Lamps with Shades (BNI) and lots of Queen and Full Bedding.

  Jack & Jill Bathroom we have lots of Towels, Medical Helpers and other Items including Hampers, Bandages, Wraps, Humidifier, Injury Helpers and Storage Containers.

  Office / Electronics we have an Electric Keyboard with Stand, A Nice Beveled Glass Wood Framed Mirror, Scrapbooking Caddy full of Pens and Sheets.  We have a Box of New Scrapbooking Stickers and Paper.  We have Two Shredders, lots of assorted Office and Desk Items.  We have a Two-Drawer Metal File Cabinet and a Wood File Cabinet / Storage.  There is a 3-Piece Sectional Corner Desk Unit (sold separately) full of Printers, Computer, Flat Screen TV, and other Office Gadgets.  We have a Folding Table (gray) that houses the Two Standard TV’s and other Electronic Items.  We have a Wood Roll Top Desk / Computer Printer File Cabinet, Stacking Storage Units and Two Stationary Office Chairs with Arms.  There are Desk Lamps, Picture Frames, DVD’s, CD’s, VHS Tapes, Surge-Protector Power Strips, and a Honeywell Air Purifier.  We have Lap Writing Desks, Office Organizers, Pens, Highlighters, and lots of Greeting Cards.  We have an assortment of Electronics including Receiver Amps, DVD Players, Cassette Players and more.  We also have a Flat Screen TV / Storage Unit with an assortment of Office items.  We have a variety of Ladies Belts and Scarves.  Be sure to take a close look at all the hanging Art and assorted Audio Equipment.
