Cash, credit cards, and debit cards accepted. ( $5 fee for card processing under $20.)
Sealed bids will be collected at front desk throughout the sale on any items $50 or more. Bids shall be called at close of sale on Saturday afternoon. ( remember : bids are legally binding contractsand shall be treated as such.)
No large purses.
All Sales are final.
Not responsible for accidents.
This is a tag sale and all purchases must be removed by closing of sale on Sunday.
Please provide your own help to move, load , and transport your purchases. We do NOT load large items/furniture/pianos/speakers, etc.

I, James Major, want to welcome all of you to my Estate Sale Company's sale on Clear Cove Lane in Dallas. I also want to welcome you to the first views of this great updated MCM home which will be on the market after the estate sale. So, let's empty out this house so the new owners can enjoy this great neighborhood.

A retired architectand his book loving crafty wife want you to enjoy their home filled with items from their travels, hobbies , and employment. They have musical items, travel, seamstress, architecture, mid-century modern furniture and equipment, as well as a beautiful upright piano she's been playing since she bought it and learned to play on it in 1973. The office has wonderful architect office furniture,supplies, and tools as well as blueprints and promotional items from his years in Dallas Architecture.
