   This week we have an interesting sale in the “Preston Hollow” neighborhood of Dallas with a wide assortment of brand name collectables from small items to nice furniture pieces.  This home features a very eclectic mix of interesting items, so we encourage you to attend early for the best selection.  Please remember to bring cash to purchase items.  We can hold items for only 30 minutes with money down along with your name and phone number.  In-order to assist the owner with general security, we’ll post the sale address on our website and other internet listings early Thursday morning.

   Each morning at the sale we distribute sequential numbers to customers waiting to enter, thereby enabling those who arrive early to wait in comfort in their vehicle.  Many of our customers have told us they appreciate our use of “tear tags” for larger items.  If you tell us that you are interested in purchasing one of these items, your first name is written on the back of the tag that is brought up to the check-out area.  That way, we can presume that large items without tags already have a likely buyer on site.  When the buyer pays for the item at check-out, a member of our team retrieves the item or places a “sold” tag on that item for later pick-up by the buyer.  We gladly assist our customers with removal of large items from the house to encourage efficient and safe removal of all items.  We look forward to seeing you at the sale!

   Living Room / LEGO / Dining Room / Check Out – features some Star Wars figurines along with some Star Wars collectable Trading Cards.  Then we have a box of “new” Hot Wheels collectable Cars.  At checkout we have some interesting items like a Parker Bow and Arrows and a Shakespeare Rod and Micro cast Reel.  We also have a Pony Boy cap gun with caps.  We have lots and lots of collectable, designer, sterling, and great costume jewelry at this sale.  We have earrings, rings, bracelets, and necklaces along with a few pins.  Regarding jewelry in the display cases “please ask for help” – Thank You!  We have some nice silver coins at this sale.  PLEASE NOTE:  Most of the jewelry and coins will NOT go to the deeper discounts.  The lamps in these rooms are Stifle lamps with shades (BNI).  We have a nice Pier One Cowboys large throw and some nice blue glass.  We have two nice large umbrellas.  There is a Microfiber couch great for a man cave or gal cave.  We have a large Stein from the Atlantic Olympic games with original box.  This is rare and is a collector’s item.  We also have a Ethan Allen two drawer side table in great condition.  And another Ethan Allen single drawer drop leaf side table.  There is also a Bassett side table with single drawer.  Each of the side tables have a French flair on the legs.  There is also a matching Ethan Allen coffee table which has two drawers in the same style as the Ethan Allen side tables.  How about a solid wood vintage oval desk, or you use this as a small dining table or even an entry table with single drawer and awesome bottom with shelf and great column legs.  Then we have lots of great art in this room.  Some are signed prints, framed vintage pictures or vintage framed paintings and some are just fun decorations for any room.  We have some beautiful; Stiffel table lamps with shades (BNI) in this room.  One is called Ostridge Egg and the other has a the antique brass finish with matte black accent and both are very heavy.

   We have a nice set of Noritake China in the pattern of Stratford # 3700 ands a Waterford Santa Cookie Jar with Santa’s List we have the original box.  There are some green Italian Viettri Hand Painted Cabbage Pattern plates.  The nice Mahogany Buffet is made by Drexel called “estate” with built in flatware trays.  Then we have a matching Oval Dining table by Drexel called “Estate” with two leaves and table pads.  This table has six matching Drexel “Estate” chairs of which four are side chairs and two are armchairs and will be sold separately from the table.  There is a vintage Hurricane oil lamp with red etched glass base.  There is a great wooden decorative large wall hanging with a golden design on burgundy.  Then we have an very nice Foot Locker / Storage Box with great brass accents on corners and fittings.  We have a vintage area rung in Reds and creams and it is wool and measures approximately 9’ x 11’ and was recently cleaned.  It is in great condition.  We have a nice floor Lamp with very nice, beaded shade (BNI).  There is a brass candelabra with green candle holders.  We have a model P-38 Fighter and a model Transport plane.

   Front Yard / Yard Art – features vintage Goat Cart which has a fall theme of pumpkins, scarecrow and fall leaves.  Then we have a nice smaller round white patio table, a nice hose reel caddy.  Then we have some patio furniture a loveseat glider in black metal, and there are two matching black metal side tables.  We also have two matching black metal swivel rockers.  How about a nice Fire Pit or a child’s cute playhouse.  There is a large cub of Peat Moss by Mastic earth.  There is also a covered trash can, there are two propane containers, and another hose container.  There is some very nice yard art items and bird feeders.  We have lots of plastic pots, a white patio chair and some cinder blocks and so much more.  Please note; some of the larger items will have tare tags taped on the entry hall.  See you at the sale.

   Entry Hall – features a Colonial Grandfather Clock 1976 by Zeeland #74244179 .  Then we have a another great find it’s a vintage double framed entry mirror with black flecks on the mirror between the gold frames.  We also have a double door credenza that has angled sides; this too is an unusual furniture piece and it’s in great condition just waiting for you.  There are some interesting glass vases and candle sticks along with a nice Santa figurine and plenty of unframed art paintings.  We also have two unusual walking sticks.

   Family Room / Electronics / Airplanes – features Model Airplanes:  Fighter Planes, Bombers, Fargo Stagecoach, and Cars.  We also have a collectable Braniff Airplane that is in its original box and this item is a great find.  This Braniff is a collectable made by Franklin Mint.  here is a vintage Brass Pole Lamp with the original Glass Urn Shade.  If you are looking for Ammo Crates, we have some.  There are about three sizes of these ammo crates.  We have two smaller Winchester crates and many more medium ammo crates, and finally we have three larger ammo crates.  Most have brass hinges and the traditional rope handles.  All seem to be in great condition.  We have a larger square end table with two doors and this one is great for storage.  How about a vintage long and square armed three cushion couch with a floral fabric made by Western Carolina.  This couch still has its arm covers.  We have a large square coffee table with beveled glass inserts on the top which has a vintage large wood design tray on top.  The large wood tray has some interesting items on it.  There is a basket of assorted seashells.  If you are looking for a vintage area rug, we have a great one.  This area rug measure approximately 9-foot by 12-foot and its vintage (about 75 years old) which is all wool and in cleaned condition.  The main colors are a white background with blues and browns design.  We have a Bombay & Co. wood locking Tea Chest / Box.

   Then we start with the many electronic and stereo, components including two Flat Screen TV’s.  There is a vintage Zenith TV Cabinet / Stereo cabinet.  There is a Dual Record Player #506 Belt Drive.  How about a Quasar VHQ-950 Omnivision VHS Player.  Then there is a Fisher CR-4027 Studio Tape Player or how about a Sony DVP-SR500H CD/DVD Player, or a Sony BDP-N460 Blue Ray Player and finally a Sony TC-WE475 Stereo Cassette Deck.  We have even more electronics, They are:  Toshiba DVR620 VHS/DVD RW Recorder, A Yamaha CDC-715 Natural Sound Compact Disc Player, and a Sony RCD-W500G Compact Disc Recorder, and then a Yamaha RX-V850 Natural Sound Stereo Receiver, and a Samsung TV UN40H5203AFXZA, and then a large Sony TV KDL-52XBR9.  There is a nice Furniture Record cabinet with a Dual 1209 Player with Built in Speakers.  And a Sony DVP-NS55P CD Player and a Phillips 3-CD Stereo and Tape Deck with Radio FWC70C 3701 with three speakers.  We also have a Panasonic VHS Recorder PV-8450.  We also have a pair of Techniques Speakers along with a pair of Phase Technology Speakers.  And lastly there is a Magnavox MDV460 DVD Player.  Make sure that you attend this sale early for the best selection.

   There is a huge Mounted Long Horn Steer Horns with 70-inch span.  There is a nice Octagon Side wood Table with two doors for even more storage.  Then we a fabulous two-sided wood desk with draws (three smaller draws on each side with a single middle drawer) on one side and on the front side of this desk there are four cubbies (shelves).  This desk is rare so make sure you attend early to grab this piece.  There is a Statue of a Duck Hunter from Ducks Unlimited “Hunting Day”.  There is Pewter Duck and a Ducks Unlimited 1992-1993 Decoy Special Edition, and a Cast Iron Wall Hanging Eagle, sand then we have A Franklin Mint Armor Collection.  There is a nice Taxidermy Pheasant.  There is a Pluto Ceramic Wash Basin with one large and one smaller matching pitcher.  This room also has some awesome Stifel Lamps with nice shades (BNI).  There is also a Diamond Back Outlook Trail XL Heat Treated Bike.  We have two boxes of 33 Vinyl Records.  There is also some CD’s, DVDs, and some Xbox Games.  We also have some artist supplies which some are in sets.  There are Markers, colored pencils, Adhesive Trim, Marvy Brush Markers, Posh Impressions Inabilities, some items made by Chameleon along with many more companies.  We have a Dallas Barbie Doll Horse in original box, and a Tracer Projector in original box and an Atomic Arcade Pin Ball a Porsche Radio Control Car in original box and finally two other cars (no box).  There is also some vintage Paper Dolls by Gingham’s in their original boxes and a Croquet Set in its own carry bag by Sportcraft.  We encourage you to attend early for these items.

   Kitchen / Eating Area – features an awesome Solid Wood Oak Table Round / Oval with two large leaves (currently inserted).  This table also has two very nice pedestals and there is no maker stamped on the underside.  This are also six very heavy and large matching chairs.  These chairs also have a nice design on the back and will be sold separately.  We have a nice battery Linden Pendulum Clock and some very nice items in the built-in hutch.  We have vintage green glasses, lots of bar items including some very large glass steins.  There are some Christmas and Halloween items.  We have a great wooden salad bowls with individual bowls and serving utensils.  We also have two sets od large pasta serving bowls with matching individual bowls.  There is a large aluminum coffee pot and a “Mom’s Cookie” jar nice serving pitch and some nice green serving bowls.  There are glass and water glass sets. Some interesting cups and serving / mixing bowls.  There are nice glass measuring cups and lots of very nice kitchen gadgets.  We have Henkel knives along with the Henkel knife block.  There is also many Showtimes Knives and other MICS knives.  There is an Oneida Watermelon Serving Dish, A Pyrex Serving Platter w/ Metal Frame and three vintage Star Wars Cups.  There are lots of very nice smaller dish sets and other smalls.  We have some nice cook ware some is from Farber Ware Millennium Durable Stainless Steel, and some is from Emeril all have nice glass covers.  We also have some cookware from Calphalon also with nice glass covers.  If you like cast iron, we have a great pan By Lodge USA 10SY.

   We have a Pier One dish set in Yellow and then we have some very nice smaller appliances.  They are Oster Toaster, Cuisinart Stainless 14 cup Coffee maker, a Keurig by cup coffee maker, an Osterizer 14 speed blender, a Starbucks Coffee Grinder, a Crock Pot “smart Pot”, a Dazay Deep Fryer, and an electric knife.  There are some awesome and “new” Bunt Pans most are by William Sonoma. We have a stainless-steel Candy, Jelly & frosting Thermometer.  Again, we have scattered kitchen gadgets across the kitchen.  We have a box of plastic ware and kitchen    paper products along with a box of bake ware.  There is also a basket of cookie cutters; some are still new in original packaging. 

   Front Corner Bedroom / Men’s Clothing – features a nice rattan storage chest with matching square seat / storage cube.  There is a really nice vintage Harp side table with a White marble top and single drawer.  There is a Queen four poster bed which means a nice Head and Foot board with Ralls.  This is a high-top bed and may require a step to get into this bed.  The Queen Mattress ands Box spring is made by Serta.  The bedding is by Ralph Lauren comforter and then we have sheet sets as well.  There is a vintage Steamer Trunk with removable wood insert.  This trunk is in great condition and on the outside there are some metal accents.  There is a nice vintage double seat bench with woven wicker short back in great condition.

   Then we have some great men’s clothing in sizes XL to XXL.  Some of the brands are:  Orvis, Outdoor Man, Cubavera, Harold Powell, Abercrombie & Fitch, LL Bean, Hook & Tackle, Dallas Gun Club, Columbia, Vineyard Vines, Old School – Filson & Co., Marui9n Brown, Vantage VCC.  We also have some Tony Lama Boots, Pop sport shoes, Caribou Kaufman Sorrel boots and Nike Zoom shoes.  There is a Resistol Beaver $XXXX Hat with box and a Resistol Straw Hat size 7 3/8.  There is also a Avicex A-Z Army Airforce Leather Jacket and a Overland Sheepskin Leather Jacket.  This room also has lots of plastic storage units and some are larger singe drawers.  We also have some men's great socks (like new) and some great gloves.  We encourage you to attend this sale early for the best selection.

   Bedroom Hall – features lots of very nice name brand men’s clothing.  We have Britches Great Outdoors, Marmot, Tyrolia, London Fog, Black Sheep, Club Room. Boston Traders, Roundtree York, and Beam Geste.  Most of these are men’s awesome 100% wool sweaters.  Attend early for the best selection.

   Middle Bedroom / Children’s Room / Toys – features Wood Babies Rocking bed in dark brown stained wood.  There is a seven-drawer wood dresser with a separate bookcase which makes this unit a nice two piece.  There is a nice child’s rocking chair, there is a single bed frame with head and foot boards and rails along with a side rail (to prevent a child from rolling off the bed).  Then we have a single mattress and box spring by SAM’s Premium Choice.  There are some children’s clothing, and stuffed animals.  We also have a dark brown wood bench at the end of the single bed.  There is also a matching wood ladder also in dark brown.  We have some baby learning toys, some toddler toys and some pre-teen toys.  We also have some toys for adults  😊  There are children’s books and puzzles along with many neat vintage games.  We have a small step stool and a potty chair and there is a cute galloping noise making toddler rocking horse.  There is an awesome Buffet that was hand painted with a child in mind with lots of nice colors and so great for storage.  There is a round table with folding legs.  We have a lamp mounted on an oval dark brown wood bottom.  We have a pink painted baby / doll rocking bed, a great baby / toddler walker and an awesome baby bouncer (keep busy)  The bedding in this room is by Ralph Lauren and we have an Evenflo walker (keep busy) and a Fischer Price “Laugh & Learn Jump” (keep busy bouncer).  Then we have an H2 Hummer and a Borg Infant Scale.  Then we have some keep busy toys like a riding plane and a riding Fisher Price car and Lincoln Logs.  There is a Caterpillar Plastic construction truck and many more bags of MISC bags of toys.  This room also has some cute painting and pictures.

   Master Bedroom / Women’s Clothing – features Thomasville B-400 -100 Chest 85 Wooden five drawer Chest of Drawers in great condition.  There is a vintage Singer Sewing Machine in vintage wood cabinet (Trundle-Peddle) AB469478 about 1910 – Singer 27 Sphinx.  This Singer is in great condition for its age.  Then we also have a portable Sears Kenmore Zig-Zag Sewing Machine Model 1430 with manual.  There is a nice wooden Quilt rack with a crochet Red, White, and Blue throw.  We also have Two identical Thomasville 430-130NSS-36 Wood Nightstands with Drawers both are in great condition.  There is also a Thomasville Wood King Headboard with Rails B-430-332-BED-36.  Then we have a King Simmons and Company Mattress and Box Spring – Beauty Rest Oakmont.  Then we have two vintage chairs in great condition in a light peach by Weedmark Original small armchairs with plush cushions.  These vintage chairs are in great condition.  Then we have a floor lamp with shade (BNI) with built in table it is vintage and in great condition.  Then we also have a Thomasville Dresser with attached mirror and this dresser has eight drawers and it also is in great condition.  There is a Pro-Form exercise Bike model 210-CSX and a Lasko electric modern heater.  There are some great Tecnica Boots in like new condition.  Then we have a great Mealey’s Pitic Leather Handcrafted Black Leather Jacket with long fringe in excellent condition.  Then we have new in box a Body Benefits Foot Spa.  There is also some nice totes in this room and the lamps are Stifle with shades (BNI).  We have a great round tapestry rug with roosters in wonderful condition.  There is a box of nice scarves some are Ralph Lauren and some gloves and hankies.  There are ladies’ new panties  and lots of over-the-counter items.  Some are new.  We also have two wooden children’s chairs.  There is a box of sewing threads and notions and some Knitting needles.  We have bath towels, hand towels, and wash towels.  Some are in sets.  There is a Taylor bath scale and a brass stand for nice hand towels.

   Utility Room / Workshop - features a wall of stacked totes of different sizes and styles.  Then we have a prize for the toolmakers it’s a H. Gerstner & Sons Wood Tool Chest / Box Style 72.  This is the “Cadillac” of the finest tool chests so; with Christmas right around the corner this would make a wonderful gift.  😊  We also have a wall of many interesting new in package items.  Then we have a few tables on very nice tools.  They are as follows:  a Skil ¾ Belt Sander model 7313, a Craftsman Pad Sander model 315.11650, a Craftsman Recap Saw model 320.17175, a Craftsman 7 inch Circular Saw model 315.27680, a Craftsman Router model 315.17381 and a Delta 10 inch Compound Miter Saw model 36.220 Type 3, a Ryobi Cordless Reciprocating Saw model RSC181 (no Battery), a craftsman Industrial Router Table model 171.25490, and finally a Craftsman 10 inch 2.5 HP Table Saw model 113.221770.

   Then we have some interesting hand tools.  We have a H. Disston & Sons 26-inch Crosscut Saw, a Fuller Vise 3 ½ inch, or how about a Karcher Power Washer model K3.86M, or a Angle Grinder, Electric model SIM115A or a Dremel 300 Series Grander.  We also have a Truper Dual Wheelbarrow, a Diamondback Outlook 60, a Shark Cordless Vac model SV702, and finally a Black & Decker Hot Glue Gun model 9725.  We have some very nice heavy duty carry toolboxes, a new NeverKink 100 foot hose 5/8 inch.  We have a folding 3 step stool, Battery cables, small two step wood mini-Ladder.  There are bush trimmers small coolers, a multi drawer storage for smalls, different hammers, levels, eye protectors, and all sorts of small to large common and Phillips’s screw drivers.  We have lots and lots of cleaning products and finally there is a Maytag Centennial electric Dryer model MEDC200X003, and we have a Maytag Centennial Washer model W10461159.  Make sure that you attend early so you can have the best selection.

   Back Bedroom / Office – features a Queen size Simmons Maxipedic mattress and box spring by with rails, and then we have a vintage Full-Size Head and Foot board with wood rails.  We have a floor lamp with shade and a matching table lamp with shade (BNI) on both.  Then we and another floor lamp with shade (BNI) and there is a vintage mid-century modern wood side table.  We have an adjustable office chair with arms and some nice decorative pillows, one is the American Flag.  On the office side of this large room, we have lots of books especially Catholic religious books (many are new).  We also have lots of smaller pamphlet like Catholic books as well.  Then we have lots of small containers (bottles) of assorted paints.  We also have some nice cloth like carry bags and a “Bag-n-Bags” gift bags.  How about a LexMark model X 75 or a HP Office Jet Pro model 8710.  There are some really cute candle holders with herb envelops, and some nice blue glass items.  There is also a LOOK Magazine from 1943, and some Wilson Foot Balls and a Catcher’s Glove on a shelf.  How about a 10 row manual numbers calculator or a Staples shedder.  There are many nice sets od coasters, assorted papers, binder dividers, stapler, tape, hole puncher, note pads and more.  We also have an Apple Keyboard, a Dell Keyboard, and a Dell Monitor and Mouse.

   On the other side of this large room, we have a nice corner desk with drawers on both sides.  There is boxes and baskets of ribbon al off sorts, narrow, wide and wire ribbon.  We have a full corner dedicated to Easter.  We have rabbits galore, baskets, Decorative egg in all sizes. Then we have new painting canvases in all sizes, a wrapping paper organizer full of nice paper.  A Hoover WindTunnel Pro Vac, a Graco portable play pen.  Then we have a large table of Christmas decorations as well as the wall above.  We also have two types of art easels[DL1]  and more taller rolls of wrapping paper.  Under the table we have some car seats and a toddler car seat as well as a Graco “new” in box Click Connect.  So you might want to attend this sale early in order to get the best selection as the entire house is packed with brand name goodies.  See you at the sale.
