Always check the ad periodically as things change and the client may change their mind about selling certain items. No children please, this will be enforced due to the large amount of valuable breakable glass items in the home. No large bags, as this will be enforced as well. We DO NOT pre-sell, we do not take offers prior to the sale including out of state inquiries. We do not give out any pricing prior to the sale, we will not give you prices for items over the phone, text, or in an email. BRING HELP to assist with moving and loading as we do not load furniture ourselves and there will be no exceptions made. We are not responsible for accidents so please be aware of your surroundings at all times. All sales are final, all items are sold AS FOUND and AS IS and absolutely no returns/refunds/exchanges will be made. We cannot test every item to see if it works, this is the buyer’s responsibility to do so, so buyer beware. Therefore, we strongly advise that all items be checked thoroughly before being purchased.
