This is a demolition / salvage sale. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Buyers are solely responsible for the safe and proper removal of purchased items, including but not limited to cabinets, light fixtures, appliances (dishwasher, oven), toilets, and plumbing fixtures.

Buyers must bring their own tools, equipment, labor, and transportation. No assistance will be provided with removal, disconnection, lifting, loading, or transport.

No damage may be caused to the structure, remaining fixtures, walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, or surrounding property during removal. Any damage caused by the buyer or their helpers will be the buyer’s responsibility and may result in forfeiture of the item and/or immediate removal from the property.

All buyers and helpers enter the property at their own risk. The seller and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages of any kind.

By purchasing items and entering the property, buyers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
