Please note that this is 2 story home, but there is nothing on the second floor for sale and there is nothing in the backyard for sale.

Please no large bags allowed, Crossover bags are ok, but any large bags you will need to keep in your car. All sales are final and we are not responsible for accidents.
We will be charging sales tax.
If you are tax-exempt, please bring your number. We prefer cash for sales under $50.00. If you see "AF" on tags, it means "As Found".
