 1.  We (Salyer Auctions & Estate Saless) nor owners of goods and property, are NOT responsible for accidents, loss or damage of any type.   Please be aware of your surroundings at all time and navigate carefully.                                                                                                                                                             2.  We may ask you to leave your large bags and totes near check-out area.  We use cameras, video, surveillance...... enough said. 
3.  We love children and consider them an extension of you!  They should remain with you at all times and refrain from handling items.  
4.  We will not be responding to comments, texts, messages and/or phone calls regarding prices and availability of items.  We usually have several sales that we are working on and do NOT keep a price list of items with us.  
5. Pay Terms:  Cash, Check with state issued photo ID.  Credit/Debit Cards on purchases of $50 or more.   Cash/Checks only on days we reduce items.  On days we deeply discount items, then sales must be paid for with cash or check. 
6. We do our best to check all items and make note if there are issues with any item; however, we ask that you please look items over carefully as: All Items Sold As Is, where is without guarantee implied or expressed.  All Sales Final - No Refunds & No Exchanges.
7.  Buyer is responsible for packing and loading all purchases.  Bring help to load.                                   8. Some items are photographed and displayed together, but items may be sold separately.                                9. Announcements, postings, notes, etc. may supercede any prior announcement, posting notes concerning any  sale and information.                                                                                                                                10.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Be respectful of the home, sale site, other customers and our employees.
