We accept debit and credit cards and cash. There is now a convenience fee added to credit card purchases of 2.5% due to processing fee increases. You must have help to load heavy items I can’t help you. All items must be collected from the house on sale day. All valuables are removed until sale day. There will be security on site. Numbers for entry will be given out one hour before we open both days. This is not a large sale and there is a chance that we will sell out before the Sunday sale date. If that happens we will post that update on Saturday evening.
This is the largest estate sale we have hosted this year and I mean large in the size of the house and the quantity of the merchandise to be sold. This house has it all! Everything you can collect from Waterford and Belleek to antiques and collectables . There is some beautiful 14 k gold mens jewelry and some gorgeous ladies pieces in sterling. There is Lenox, Shelly and Franciscan china. There are two cars a fur coat and lots of tools. The star of the sale is a 1853 French Partners desk that is amazing. There is furniture to fit out a couple of houses full of traditional furnishings.we even have cars this time with a 2000 jaguar and a little bit newer Honda. The house is full of original art by local artists. I can’t begin to tell you the collections, pottery, blue and white dishes and marbles and records are just a few. You will just have to come see with your own eyes. Please pack a lunch it will keep you busy a while to see everything. I will be posting more pictures of the higher end pieces closer to sale day so keep checking back to see what has been added.
