Estate Sale -Downsizing

ATerms & Conditions are Simple:
1. We (Salyer Auctions & Estate Sales) nor owners of goods and property, are NOT responsible for accidents, loss or damage of any type. Please be aware of your surrounds at all time and navigate carefully.
2. We may ask you to leave your large bags, purses and totes near check-out area. We use cameras/video/surveillance .... enough said.
3. We love children and consider them an extension of you! They should remain with you at all times and refrain from handling items.
4. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT regarding prices and/or availability of items.
5. Cash, Check with state issued photo ID. Credit/Debit Cards on purchases of $50 or more on full price sale days. On "deep discount" days a minimum of $100 is required for Credit/Debit cards. Cash/Checks only on days we reduce items. On days we deeply discount items then sales must be paid with cash or check.
6. Please look items over carefully as: All Items Sold As Is, where is without guarantee implied or expressed. All Sales Final - No Refunds & No Exchanges. No Buyer's Remorse.
7. Buyer is responsible for packing and loading all purchases. Bring packing materials and bring help to load.
8. Some items are sold separately and are photographed together and displayed together for website displays and staging for the sale.
9. Announcements, postings, notes, etc. may supersede any prior announcement, posting notes concerning any sale and information.
10. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
