We love children, but please do not bring them to this sale. NO large purses, backpacks, etc. Please leave them at home or in the car as we will send you back to do so. (The purses, not the kids!!)

Please respect the neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes on the street. Do not park in the driveway unless you’re loading with permission. Items for sale in house, garage, patio and backyard. Please use indicated pathways, do not enter any areas that are taped off.

We cannot be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while on site.

CASH is KING but Credit and Debit cards are accepted on purchases of $50 or more. We also accept Venmo and Zelle for purchases over $25. We are required to collect SALES TAX OF 8.25%. I am sorry but this is out of our control. Resellers must bring their own pre-filled tax exemption form if you are making a resale purchase and inform the cashier before they start ringing your purchase.

Please bring your own muscle to move your purchases. We will have some help on hand, but not enough to take care of all of you. It's also really smart to bring PACKING material, boxes and bags -- again we will have some, but we always seem to run out. Delivery of large items MAY be available for an additional fee... Inquire at the cash register.

Large item pick up preferred on SATURDAY afternoon or Sunday only.

Please INSPECT all items carefully BEFORE PURCHASE as we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the sale is complete. All items are priced to sell and described to the best of our ability.

We will have a small hold area for items that you have selected so you can keep shopping. Baskets available too. Otherwise bring your own bag? You may pull a tag on a large item, but you must bring it to the cashier and place with your holds - and once it's pulled, you're buying it.

We have security cameras in use and staff on site before, during and after the sale. Please treat our client's property the way you would treat your own. NO THEFT OR BAD BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED.

We will happily accept offers on anything at any time. Please leave them at the register and we will make call-backs on Saturday or Sunday morning to inform you of a winning bid.
