3. Large Items:
a. Buyers must bring their own help, equipment, and vehicles for loading and transporting large items.
b. Estate sale staff will not be able to assist in moving or loading large items due to liability reasons.
4. Liability:
a. All attendees and buyers participate in the estate sale at their own risk.
b. The estate and its representatives are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the property or during the sale.
c. Buyers are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while navigating through the premises.
5. Pricing and Item Information:
a. The estate sale organizers make every effort to accurately price and describe each item. However, no guarantees or warranties are made regarding the accuracy of pricing or item descriptions.
b. Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise by the organizers.
c. Items may be marked with a "sold" sticker after purchase, but it is the buyer's responsibility to remove the item from the premises.
6. Removal of Purchased Items:
a. All purchased items must be removed from the estate premises within the specified timeframe communicated by the organizers.
b. Failure to remove items within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the purchased items without refund.
7. Personal Conduct:
a. Respectful behavior is expected from all attendees and buyers during the estate sale.
b. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises at the discretion of the organizers.
8. Modifications:
a. The estate sale organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with any changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
