SALES TAX COLLECTED! Tax Exempt Buyers must provide a valid copy of their Tax Certificate, and must bring a PRE-FILLED out tax exempt form every sale to avoid being charged sales tax.

All Sales Are Final and items are Sold As-Is, with No Return, or Exchange. We Do Not Refund.

For safety of our clients and customers, we may be limiting the number of shoppers in the house as and when necessary.

Please bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items. Pick up must be done by closing time on the last day of the sale, as advertised.

No large bag, purse, or backpack is allowed inside the sale premises. You may please leave them in your car.

Please do not block mail boxes or driveways.
