Helyn and Bill Farris were long-time residents of Eagle Lake. Mrs. Farris was a gifted floral designer and owner of Helyn’s Flower Basket. In the 70’s Helyn and Bill purchased and renovated an old hotel in town into a well known hunting lodge and restaurant named The Farris 1912. Many items in the sale are from the hotel or were used for her floral/decorating business.

They were in the local police station. 2 of these chairs were donated by the William Harrison family to the Prairie Edge Museum and are on display there.
