Because of the extensive volume of items in this sale and the specificity of the collections, we offered some items for presale. The pictures below are updated as of 24 hours before the sale and we attempted to delete any pictures of items that are no longer present in the home.

. **We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
**We WILL be collecting sales tax! If you are tax exempt, it is your responsibility to fill out a tax exempt certificate. We have some copies available at checkout. Please let cashier know before ringing up items.

This is a two-story property. Please be advised there are items upstairs and we do not provide help moving things downstairs. Because of the quick turnaround time of the sale, all items must be picked up no later than Sunday by 2, unless special arrangements are made with the company.

**We do not provide assistance with loading, please plan on bringing help (friends, family, dollie’s, etc) for loading heavy items. We have some boxes and packing materials, but space in this home is limited and we could only make room for so much. It would be helpful to bring your own bags to shop.

**All items are bought as-is; we do the best we can to provide condition information but can not guarantee items and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
