* Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Cash App, and Zelle only. No credit or debit cards.
* All Sales Are Final: All purchases are sold as-is, where-is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties.
* Large Items: Customers are responsible for providing the necessary help, equipment, and transportation to load and remove large or heavy purchases.
* Pickup & Removal: Please bring appropriate assistance for furniture and other large items. Our staff is not responsible for moving or loading heavy purchases.
* Items Must Be Removed: Purchased items must be picked up during the designated pickup period unless otherwise arranged.
* Please Inspect Before Purchasing: We encourage customers to carefully inspect all items before completing their purchase.
* Buyer Responsibility: Once an item has been purchased and removed from the premises, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the item.
