Cash, checks with ID, credit cards accepted. We'll have some wrapping materials available, and strong guys on hand to help you load any large purchases into your vehicle. Discounts on the second day and third days of the sale on everything left.

No early sign-ups; there are 7 buildings, but we will have first-entry sign-up sheets for just three of them: the main house, the guest house, and the event center. These 3 sign-up sheets will be posted on the outer gate at 8am each morning of the sale. We will then open up the orchard gate to allow entry at 9am, and then the sale itself and the buildings will open at 9:30am sharp, at which time we will allow folks entry to the main home, the guest home, and the event center in the order of the 3 sign-up lists; the other structures will open to first come, first serve. Remember, you do not have to sign up on the list to come to this public estate sale, only if you want to be one of the first people in the door of one of those specific three buildings when we open at 9:30am.

Upon Winokur’s recent passing, Vogt Estates has been chosen to hold a complete liquidation of this extraordinary compound in an on-site 3-day estate sale event. Sandy Oaks is located 25 minutes south of downtown San Antonio, down 37 South near Elmendorf, exit 122. This one is more than worth the drive!
