There will be a 18 % buyer's premium added to each sold lot, plus tax if applicable. If you are tax exempt, you must have your resale number on file with Proxibid. Payment will be required at the close of the auction, BEFORE ANY LOTS ARE TAKEN OFF THE PROPERTY. All inventory must be picked up ( OR request shipping by the auction house) no later than WEDNESDAY JANUARY 28th BY 8 P.M.. If you do not pick up your items by the designated date and time, your items will be forfeited and become the property of Auction Squad, Inc. unless other arrangements have been made. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All announcements sale day supersede any advertised information.
