There will be a 10 % buyer's premium for ONSITE BIDDERS & a 15% buyer's premium for ONLINE BIDDERS , plus tax if applicable. If you are tax exempt, you must have your resale number on file with Proxibid. Payment will be required at the close of the auction, BEFORE ANY LOTS ARE TAKEN OFF THE PROPERTY. A credit card transaction fee will be added to all invoices; please bring cash/check to avoid CC FEES. All inventory must be picked up ( OR request shipping by the auction house) by Wednesday April 29th. If you do not pick up your items by the designated date and time, your items will be forfeited and become the property of Auction Squad, Inc. unless other arrangements have been made. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All announcements sale day supersede any advertised information.
