Sales Tax will be added to final sales price.
Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted.
Items priced at $40.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. If you bid more than 1/2 the marked price, I will call you Friday night for you to pick the items up on Saturday. If you bid 1/2 or less, I will call you when we close on Saturday.
Prices are firm until Saturday, when everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not be at half off).
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, where is.
- We will not sell early.
- We try to provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case.
****Please bring help to carry out furniture if at all possible.

Description & Details

This unique sale in Ennis, TX is the estate of a local Doctor who was a WWII vet. There are many cool vintage items mostly from the 1940' through 1970's along with two original German Nazy WWII flags brought back by the veteran.
