First come; first served. There will be no sign up sheet.
Please be advised that entry will be limited - we adhere to the fire code.
Items are sold "As Is" and "All Sales Final".
Not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred during the sale.
Sales tax will be collected; dealers must provide resale certificate.
First day is full price, second day discounts up to 25% off for cash; 20% for credit purchases and towards the end of the sale discounts may increase to 50% off for cash; 45% for credit purchases. Maximum discounts apply only to cash purchases. Some exclusions apply.
Due to the amount of breakable items we discourage children from attending and absolutely no strollers allowed.
You break you buy.
No public restrooms.
Hold areas provided in main room while you shop. Please be sure you want something before placing it on hold. This is like marriage, a commitment. If you put an item on "hold" then you are obligated to purchase that item.
We will not be able to assist with loading and/or moving items. You will need to make your own arrangements for these services.
Bring your own packing materials as we have a limited supply.
Do not block driveways or mailboxes. It is a violation and you may be towed or ticketed.

Please join us for this wonderful sale located in the gated community of Raintree Woods, in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX.  You will be required to provide your drivers license to the security guard.  A representative from our estate sale company will in turn give you a dash board sign that will issued at the gate.  It must remain in place while you are shopping.  DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY – THERE WILL BE NO EARLY ENTRY – FURTHER THIS WILL CAUSE A TRAFFIC JAM.  PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS AND ADHERE TO THESE REQUIREMENTS.

Firearms - Stevens Savage Model 820B pump action 12 ga shotgun; High Standard Sport King Special .22 LR rifle, model A1041.  Manufactured between 1966 - 1971 - Terms of sale for firearm transactions:  We have a Federal Firearms License to sell firearms.  Because of this, all guns sold to individuals at our sale will be required to complete ATF Form 4473 and either present a current License to Carry or pass a NICS background check.  This is the same situation you would have going to a gun show or a gun store.  We also require a current Texas Driver’s License and will make a copy of both your TDL and LTC permit.  Both of these become part of our mandated record keeping.  We must also collect sales tax a required by the State of Texas.  All sales are final.  Guns may be purchased with cash only.
