-Masks Are Optional. We will also be strictly controlling the number of people in the house so we ask for your patience as we do our best to protect you and ourselves.
-Numbers go out one hour before we open each day. Please note that everyone in your party must pull a number as this is how we control the number of people in the house.
-Credit card transactions require less contact and are encouraged, but not mandatory.
- We accept Apple Pay, cash, debit and credit cards.
-All items sold as-is. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
-Sales tax will be collected (If you are tax -exempt, please bring a copy of your tax-exempt form with you to leave with us per state guidelines)
-We do not presale, but PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED BY THE FAMILY BEFORE THE SALE.
-Bring help to load large items--we request that large item pick up be completed AFTER closing each day or no later than the last afternoon of the sale at 5:00 pm. Items not picked up 5:00 pm on the last day will be donated to charity.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.

Last week’s sale was canceled when the AC went out in the house. It’s all fixed and we are picking up where we left off! Friday will be 25 % off day and Saturday 50%. There are still lots of treasures. Here is a quick list and don’t forget to check out the pictures.
