Cash/checks/ preferred. . Will accept debit/credit cards but fees will be added.
We have a dolly for large items for you to use. Bring help to load furniture etc. We will provide no help to load.
Hold area provided, but we will not be responsible for guarding your items.
Pull tags off large furniture/items you wish to purchase and bring to check out. Once you pull tag, item is yours.
No early sales or visitors.
You are welcome to contact us during sale by text or email for pricing or questions .
Items must be removed the day of sale unless raining. All sales are final - items sold in "as is” condition.
